Garage is really tight and hard to get into and out of. Definitely not worth the near $40 a day to park. Half of the things in the hotel were out of order. Hallways and workout room were very dirty. But the worst thing was that the hotel tried to double charge us after we checked out! We had prepaid for the room, but they charged us after we left too! Never staying here again

The property has more potential than it lives up to. It was relatively clean but sterile feeling as in plain walls and such. Of the two elevators one was out of order. The tv in our room didn’t work we notified the front desk day 2 saw a maintenance man day 3 went out to get ice cream by the time we got back it was fixed. Parking at the hotel is expensive.

Poor reception service

The reception was curt and unhelpful. One example ( there are others) When we asked for water one evening they said that would only be if we ordered room cleaning the night before: an absolute absurdity for what we spent for a room . The answer to my incredulity : ' next time stay at the ritz' . We had more help from the security worker who directed us to a vending machine . First experiences are everything and small things count . We won't be back and will advise our colleagues ( medical field) to avoid !

Extremely Loud and Poor Experience

The lobby is cavernous and there was yelling that came into the rooms all night, every night because staff allowed patrons to be extremely loud in the lobby. Full on screaming and horseplay. I have never experienced anything like it, and the walls were paper thin. We also could not get the room serviced during a lengthy stay. They only clean upon request. When checking in, they said we could request cleaning in the morning. When we later tried, they said that they probably couldn’t add us to the schedule for that day but would clean the following day. They didn’t clean that day either (or at all).

False advertisement

This was nothing like the pictures! The room was old, unkept, the outlet cover was hanging off with the wires exposed! So any child can stick their finger in and get electrocuted! The doors had splintered wood. I’m calling corporate I have pictures! They said they have airport shuttles and they don’t, I only chose this hotel based on the shuttle and I later found out that they don’t offer it.

Not worth the price

Hotel was older, there were very noticeable stains on the ceiling in the room, water stains on the bathtub and the parking garage access was very small and hard to maneuver.
