The overall space was good, however there was miscommunication about the internal conditions. There were 3 rooms, 2 twin bed, 1 queen and 1 king size bed. However in the description its says it sleeps 28. We understand typos happen, however the primary bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke & when brought to the host attention, it was brushed off with no offer of a remedy to make it more pleasant. We had to pay for a room freshener and keep the air on for circulation. Before booking, we noted it was for a dinner and we were not told that the stove was not working properly. The host was notified multiple times over several hours between VRBO and personal phone and she said that it first she would come look at it,someone else would come look at it & ulty that it would be fixed after our stay. There was an ant problem in the kitchen as well and we had to use one of the main tables to hold the food which took away from the seating arrangement.
