Obviously old, doubt it was cleaned before we used it. Only lights were above beds with 1 shade missing, 1 shade had holes, and light in bathroom. Daughter's room had fruit flies which were buzzing around her face during night. Metal leg of ironing board was broken. Curtains had many small holes. Toilet paper holder broke on one side. Tv not working initially, but office worker came down and reset box which did not have obvious reset button. Hotels in area were booked, or would have gone elsewhere.

Mostly welfare/ section 8 occupants and construction contractors. No room to sit or any left out. A complete Breakfast was only out for the West Point occupants on Saturday and Sunday. Poor customer skills from the younger femail evenings staff.

The property had roaches, dirty carpets and smelled bad. Chairs had stains and we all slept with our clothes on. The owner of the property should be charged for this.They should be ashamed for having this property this way. The bathroom had stains on the walls that looked like pee stains. By far the worst property my family and I ever stayed. The staff was incredibly accommodating. I feel sorry for them. They derserve to work for a franchise that cares. They were awesome.

Room was clean i did see a roach thethe only had oatmeal packs for breakfast. lights didn't work bathtub didn't work had to shower instead only one outlet worked so i had to be in the dark when I used my cpap machine the TV didn't work the 1st night.

We can begin with the ants in the bathroom. I told someone Saturday night about it and nothing done. I have pictures. Breakfast, or lack of - is held in a dark room that looks like a closet, all that is offered is instant oatmeal and apple juice out of a bottle. I was in a handicapped room. THere was no room to get a wheelchair into the room and access the bed. The bathroom in a handicapped room had a raised tub for a shower, it would be unsafe to transfer from a wheelchair to the toilet because the sink protrudes out with a sharp corner. The TV wire runs from the door to the TV on the outside. I have pictures of all this and would love to discuss this facility because this was poor, not worth any of the money I spent. Oh, the smell of marijuana was present at all times.

What breakfast? Nothing was appealing just oatmeal packets and fiber bars. No decaffinated coffee. Air conditioner was noisy and either too cold or not cold enough. Toilet seat was loose I had to tighten it myself and shower had only luke warm water and no pressure.
