Step inside and enjoy spacious open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a bright lounge that flows effortlessly onto your private balcony. Take in the fresh ocean breeze and peaceful garden and ocean views — it’s the perfect place to unwind.

You'll also have the convenience of an internal laundry (washing machine included) and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Resort Access
As a privately owned and managed villa, bookings made through Weekenda include access to the resort pool, bar and restaurant.

Arrival Information

Check-in is from 3pm, and your access code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.

Check-out is 10am unless late check-out is approved.

Linen & Towels

We supply full bed linens and one bath towel per guest. Depending on the length of your stay, you may wish to bring extra towels.
Please remember to bring your own pool/lake/beach towels.

Eco-Friendly Guest Amenities

We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in all showers. For anything else, please feel free to bring along your favourite personal products.

Shared Resort Pool

Access is available to all guests during the following hours:

6AM – 9PM (October–April)

7AM – 5PM (May–September)

House Rules

No Party Policy:
This villa is located in a quiet residential area and operates under a strict no-party and no-excessive-noise policy, in line with NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation. Non-compliance may risk your bond or result in eviction. We appreciate your understanding as we protect the comfort of all guests and the local community.

Pet:
Unfortunately the villa is not pet friendly.

Extra Guests / Visitors:
Only the number of guests listed on your booking may be on the property at any time, including visitors.
If you’d like to have someone drop by, just reach out — we're usually happy to approve reasonable requests within the house rules.

Security & Monitoring

There are currently no external cameras at this private villa; however, the surrounding Caves Bungalows resort has cameras in communal areas as part of their regular operations.
A noise monitoring device is installed in accordance with NSW regulations. Fines apply for tampering.

Guest Registration

All guests must complete a simple electronic registration prior to arrival, including a photo ID for the primary guest plus names and mobile numbers for all guests. These details allow us to assist you quickly if needed and are deleted after checkout.
Access codes are only released once registration is complete.

Important Note for Last-Minute Bookings

Due to a rise in fraudulent bookings, any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a valid credit card matching the primary guest’s ID. If these documents don’t match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned.
This helps protect our guests, owners, and community — we thank you for your understanding.

Travel Insurance

We always recommend arranging a simple domestic travel insurance policy for extra peace of mind, especially for things like concert cancellations or unexpected changes.
Providers such as Cover-More, Travel Insurance Direct, or InsureandGo are worth reviewing.
