The rooms and property are terribly neglected. They were cleaned and the staff was lovely but the property itself needs some serious maintenence. Paint coming off everywhere, rust in bathrooms, no plugs anywhere, poor mattress and pillow wuality, etc. If youre a dude or trucker and want a cheap place its doable but if youre a woman or family - i wouldnt stay here.

Absolutely great stay! Wasnt expecting it to bed the best as it was really cheap however it was immaculate clean and the staff was so so lovely and will return back there in the future if needing a place to stay

Great location, close to A1. Very friendly and professional staff. Property could with a refresh, which we believe is due soon. No hot water. Bed was very comfortable though. Really nice breakfast.

Nice people. Found shower difficult with high sided bath but have since discovered assistance room so trying that next time. Seriously disappointed over having to pay for parking. Might cause me to look elsewhere.

Breakfast was lovely, staff very good. Our room requires upgrading, no usb connections, no hairdryer, no tooth mugs in bathroom. Bed was comfortable, and location was suitable for us. Would stay again.

A nice stay with a good breakfast. Didn't park my car in the hotel carpark due to £5 a day charge ( this is new). Easily parked over the road free. Hotel could do with a carpet upgrade (worn and dirty) all in all it was a nice place to stay, good clean rooms and friendly staff
