Noisy until 2Am with kids running up and down the hallways. No fan in the bathroom so taking a dump in peace and quiet is impossible. Bed are probably the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on since the floor at my house. If you're going to be labeled as a "resort" casino, than there needs to be better protocols in place to minimize complaints and improve morale and guest experiences.

The staff was very nice and the room was good. We were bummed that it was not easily stated the water park and arcade are not open everyday. We were disappointed after a long drive to not be able to go swimming.

The central air conditioning was busted. Only had AC in our actual room. Everywhere else, including the casino floor and dining resturant were hot. Its late June, so you can only imagine how miserable my family and I were.

Upon checking in the front entrance has birds nest in numbers. To go to my car the next morning there’s bird poop covered all on my car. Also after calling room service for extra towels I was told to come pick them up at the front desk myself, and after going there I was told they’re out and housekeeping will bring you some. Well that never happened because I waited until it was almost time to check out. Breakfast was very disappointing with nothing but cereal and a waffle to choose from. No fruit and no protein or eggs. A very nice facility that’s lacking attention.

Easy access from hotel to casino. Be aware the casino has different hours and might not open until 10 a.m. and closes early depending on the day. You can request a room closer to the casino. Also has a water park kids area. Requesting room closer to casino also avoids kid traffic. Food restaurants casino and hotel were reasonable.

It seems that you only get the expected services and amenities if you stay at this hotel and casino over the weekend! The water park was not open, there is no hot breakfast (except on the weekends, I am told), the staff was not helpful, and I left after one night of my 4 night stay. Then they would not cancel my reservation and refund the additional nights, even thought the place was not up to any kind of standards. Good riddance!

The heaters on the pool were down and weren’t told until we got ready to go swim, water was very cold!! Then the arcade machine were down because of their internet being down!! Not happy with how the start of our vacation is going!! We were told by a staff member that the heaters haven’t been going out for the last 6 months and why weren’t we told anything before we checked in and found out what was all token!!

Nice 1 night stop

Checkin was a breeze. "KK" was a true delight!! Riom was very spacious and perfect for our trip. The decor was beautiful as well. The beds were a little more firm than typical, but they werent awful. Only complaint was for a Friday check in the pool hours were way too short and the arcade seemed to be randomly staffed vs always staffed Friday evening and Saturday morning. Overall would stay again!

Great Place!!

This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times have been great. We go for the indoor water park for my grandkids. They absolutely love the water. I wish I would have gotten one of the lifeguards names. They were all friendly and spoke to my granddaughter while they were playing but she really interacted with her and my granddaughter loved it. Then Chucky interacted with both of my grandkids this morning as we were heading out. We will definitely be back.
