LOCATION: Bayfront Marina Park is just 1/2 block away - a local favorite, including a fantastic bay front kids' playground, the Lighthouse Cafe, paddle board and sailboat rentals; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore; and the beach just across Balboa Blvd. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
