A spacious island with barstool seating for three creates a central gathering space within the open layout. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2–4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, one trifold floor mat is provided (best suited for children) along with extra linens and pillows. A twin rollaway bed can be rented instead of the floor mat by making advance arrangements to ensure availability and delivery prior to arrival.
Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are located inside the residence, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.
Parking: One space is provided in a covered carport, accommodating small to mid-size vehicles only, with rear alley access. Additional general neighborhood parking is available (metered and unmetered).
Pets: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment are available for rent from management at very reasonable rates for our guests, including large ice chests, wagons, Pack' n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or entrances, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
