3 bedroom 2 bath home just 100 steps from the sand near Lifeguard Tower 51, this home offers two reserved parking spots, private furnished patio with BBQ and fire pit, plus bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the perfect getaway. So easy to relax on the sand and ran back home for lunch or snack refills and potty breaks! We are close enough to walk or ride to the pier for food or shopping, but far enough that you dont get the traffic and crowds around the public parking areas! Happy to answer any questions or share some of our families favorite things to do when we are there!

We tried to give our home a beachy chic vibe. It is a great location at a great price and we are so happy that so many families return every year to make those special memories just like we have with our children!

Place was perfect for our family of six, sooooooo close to the ocean! We were mainly there for DL (25 min), and this was a great jumping off point. We loved how close this place is to the beach - just a quick walk! The beach amenities were such a nice touch, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. It’s also an easy walk to shops and the grocery store, which made everything super convenient.Bring coffee pods (or ground coffee) and earplugs if you’re sensitive - the neighborhood is lively and the houses are close together, so you’ll hear the everyday sounds of people and beach life.We’d definitely stay here again!
