ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! And Expedia has tried to contact them multiple times to get my refund and they aren’t answering. The lady at the desk said they would give a refund but no they are avoiding answering their phone. Do not stay here.

The front desk person Ashley was nice however that was the only good part. The hallway and room smelled of urine and they had the air conditioner running full blast. The sink was stopped up with old water sitting in it. The toilet was running non stop.Then when I asked for a refund Ashley stated only a manager could do the refund and she was not on the property and would not be back until the morning. I have stayed in extended stays before and this one by far was the worst of all.

Walked in bldg B, smelled like trash and smoke. Carpet was filthy everywhere. Walls were dirty. Walk in my "non-smoking" room, smelled a stronger stench of smoke. Turned the light on in the bathroom, four tiny baby roaches on the floor went running for cover. I was too tired to go back to the office to undo everything and find another place so I hung my duffle bag on a hanger in the closet so it wouldn't touch anything a roach could crawl on. I slept on top of the bed instead of taking a chance on pulling back the cover and having something jump on my hand. It's very obvious I would never stay here again.

We didn't stay there because the room was dirty and had bugs in it. There was hair in the tub and food stains on the wall near the bathroom. The microwave had leftover food spatter in it and the oven had more food overflow on the bottom of the oven. There were strange people hanging around the building drinking and smoking. The management did refund my money no problem. Expedia helped out gtreat.

The room wasn't great, the toilet wasn't working, the window wasn't working (the whole panel can pop off), there were fleas, the light switches in the rooms didn't work, and there was a lot of trash left like Ozempic and a Tequila bottle cap. It felt like a crack den, however, we loved the crack den vibes, especially if you are doing the substances lol. The trees were alive and staring at us, the paintings were dancing. Everything felt like an oil painting, almost as if an oil painting had worms under, moving around. The colors were changing like RGB lighting. I do not do crack.

Do not book here. Property looks nothing like the photos. Hallways and rooms smell horrible. My room smelled like spices, like curry almost. There were an abundance of ROACHES everywhere, literally coming from every crack and crevice in the room. I sat on the in room couch and a roach came out of the couch and ran across my legs. Upon further inspection, the whole kitchenette was full of roaches, they were running up and down the refrigerator. They were on the walls, on the floor, in the bathroom, the whole place was infested. The front desk girl Ayla was nice and Expedia refunded my money because I could not stay there and had to rebook elsewhere. They offered to have someone spray the room the next day, which wasn’t terrible helpful. Save yourself the hassle and just find something else because this place is extremely disappointing, it’s a literal roach motel.
