Fantastic little property which is walking distance to Newquay Town, beaches, and bus stop

Good location to stores, 7 beaches to goto within walking distance. Private sauna and ice bucket bath if needed at a local gymn just down the road. Just by the gymn you could sit at the beach and watch the sun go down. Locals are pleasant and are willing to help if needed.
