Cozy holiday apartment close to the beach

Welcome to a practical and stylishly furnished holiday apartment located in an enchanting holiday area with an abundance of attractive facilities. Here you can look forward to an indoor heated pool and sauna from Easter to the autumn holidays, as well as an outdoor pool from 15 June to 15 September.



The area also offers a wealth of child-friendly pleasures, including a sauna, table tennis, table football, a small fitness room, a playground, petanque and a tennis court - all free to use. If you should need it, there is also a communal laundry at reasonable prices.



With just 300 meters to Denmark's best and one of Europe's finest bathing beaches, this is truly a paradise for beach lovers. But that's not all - our apartment is one of the few in the area with both a heat pump and air conditioning. Here you not only have a kitchenette, but a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood and dishwasher. The fridge holds 160 litres, and the freezer has a capacity of 40 litres. Of course, the apartment also has its own bathroom.



We've thought of everything - the heat pump ensures that you don't get an unpleasant heating bill in the cold months, and it can also cool the air down in the summer. You can therefore enjoy a cool night's sleep with air conditioning.



Take a moment on the covered terrace and let yourself be enchanted by the view of the pool. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or a cool glass of wine while you keep an eye on the children's fun water activities. The terrace is equipped with a grill for delicious meals, as well as garden furniture with comfortable cushions. There is also a cushion box with space for storage as well as various toys, rackets, table tennis bats and much more.



The apartment is designed for practical comfort for up to 4 people. There is sleeping space and a sofa bed with storage options, a cupboard, dining table and a chest of drawers filled with games and books for free use. There is also a smart TV with chromecast, radio and fast fiber network/internet.



Get ready to explore the area - the apartment is within cycling distance or a refreshing walk along the beach to the charming fishing village of Snogbæk. A well-stocked convenience store, several restaurants, bars, a smokehouse and cozy shops await you here in the summer months. Also take a short trip to the campsite for ice cream and breakfast bread or visit the restaurant and ice cream bar at Dueodde lighthouse, where you can also enjoy a magnificent view from the lighthouse. Don't miss the fascinating Bornholm tower from the Cold War era and the two gun turrets from World War II, just a short walk away.



Whether it's summer or winter, this is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. Here, life pulsates in summer, while winter brings peace and tranquility to the area.
