Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very clean. Unfortunately, there was a squeaky sound coming from the above floor. We could hear the people in the upper floor above us moving in their room and the bed mattresses are not comfortable.

Our suite was very clean and we made full use of the kitchenette. The service from all the staff, whether at check-in or at breakfast, was amazing. Great location too, right by the Welland Canal... perfect for running.
