Bathroom was clean, bed comforter had stains on it and there was food crumbs behind the bed overall it was a good stay beds were comfy, nice AC and heater. Pillows were amazing and fluffy. It’s not too bad for the price especially in this area had to pay for parking which does get sold FAST and very limited. The people are friendly and breakfast is always packed even around 7am. Have a good variety not bad!

Overall a very nice holiday despite the weather. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Falls are a 20 minute walk away, many food options along the way. Breakfast (included) was a bonus and enjoyed by both of us. There's also a pool and gym. Parking is additional $20 per day

Good value, clean and modern rooms.

For a lower cost hotel, we did not expect it to be so clean or modern. Some of the modern finishes make it feel a little cold vs. cosy but that didn't take away from our stay. Our room was very clean as was the breakfast area and the pool area. We were impressed with the friendly, professional staff and would stay here again. Thanks!

We've stayed here once before. The desk personnel are very friendly and personable. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is very good and it's nice that they have hot food options, ie: bacon, eggs etc.

We spent two nights in this hotel, the staff were nice and friendly but they didn’t peovide any room service during the day. They didn’t provide any extra towels and toilet paper. The room appliances were too outdated and would barely function! The fridge froze all our food!

Overall The property was nice. The condition of the rooms can be upgraded as it looked like they were falling apart... A lot of finishes were failing. The water at the front was always empty. But the staff were amazing and very friendly.

This is a 1-2 star property. The reno is awful, gaps in flooring, bumps, cheap flooring in halls makes it noisy walking. Elevator beeped continuously and could be heard all night. The paint is chipping off the ceiling, furniture is sticking out and not designed for room. Feels like they bought it all second hand. Room either smells like animal urine or heavy cleaners. I had to check out 2 nights early. Stayed only one night. I gave them hotel staff credit for allowing me to leave, but with that, no apology or acceptance of the awful conditions. Oh and nasty smokers hanging outside both entrances, no rules or considerations.
