Room was extremely small and the bed was saggy and you could feel the springs. The AC unit kept leaking and causing puddles on the floor. The staff were friendly and did move us to a new room once one was available. The bed in the new room was a tiny bit better than the first room, but the mattresses are definitely due for replacement.

Good hotel. It’s clean, wich is a crucial point for me when choosing a hotel. Staff is friendly. The parking is 20$ per night, wich is a reasonable price. The first thing i noticed when entering the room, was the good clean and good smell. I will definitely stay here again the next time i come to NF. I come often. I recommend it.

I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised by this experience. I got a low rate for this hotel and I know Niagara Falls is quite well and Stanley Avenue is a main drag. However, some hotels can be very sketchy in the area. This was not the case. A lot of care was taken in renovating and making this hotel a really nice place for families to stay. I came alone. I swam in the pool alone. I ate breakfast alone and found everything very clean, very comfortable and very easily accessible. My room was very cosy and even had a bathtub, not just a shower stall. They had good bathroom products, including shampoo, plus a separate conditioner, which is a plus for me. I also want to mention that they had enough employees hired to attend the breakfast area. There were several people clearing tables, wiping tables making sure stations were filled. Whoever is running this place has invested in it and understands the need for staffing such a venue. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean hotel, room was pretty basic but clean and functional, breakfast room was crazy and busy but to be fair there were posters in the elevator staying the busy breakfast times. Not too long a walk to downtown Niagra Falls and the Falls.

The rooms were clean but you can hear everything that was happening in the halls from inside the room. The breakfast was the worst. They served the cheapest food available. Also we had to pay for parking at the hotel which we were note aware of the fee until we got at the hotel. Stay away from this hotel.
