The room was on the small side, clean enough and quiet. The bed could have been more comfortable but we slept ok since the AC was so quiet. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It was listed as a 13 minute walk to the falls but was close to 20. All things considered, a decent value.

Breakfast was included but the egg and meat choices were just hard boiled eggs and sausage links both days of our stay, some variety would be nice. Floors had been mopped in the hallways and were left quite wet without signage. This made walking harder with a disability as my cane slipped on the floor. Bed was comfortable
