We have stayed at this property many times recently. All staff we have encountered have been top notch, professional and friendly. We arrived well before check in and stopped in to see if by any chance our room was ready and we could check in. It was all ready and they were fine with letting us in early. It is close to many stores, attractions and restaurants but far enough away that it isn't noisy. Parking is extra but all the hotels seem to charge for it and the $22 CND wasn't out of line with other places. The room was clean and comfortable with a coffee maker and easy access to an ice machine. The halls were clean and well lit. Free breakfast was included and there were eggs, sausage and make your own waffles as hot items along with many other cold options. And finally, warm cookies upon check in are always welcome! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were unfortunate enough to have our flight cancelled so we arrived 2 days into our initial booking and our stay was non-refundable BUT we were told to book the basic room for the additional nights and we were upgraded to a suite at no charge. We really appreciated it! Staff kept communicating via texts about our ETA to make sure our room was ready upon arrival. Parking comes at a whopping 25$ per night (after taxes) but the price of the hotel is very affordable so it makes up for it. Thanks Country Inn & Suites Niagara!

On April 12th, about 100 students were staying at the hotel. I heard 3 sport teams came to that hotel. They pressed all the buttons in the elevator, did a ding dong ditch, playing basketball in the hallway, also yelling and dancing in the hallway until midnight. I made 3 complaint calls but just minor actions were taken.breakfast was the same thing... no where to sit and table were really messed up, and really loud. I went there to relax but got a tone of stress...It would be 5 stars if they were not there. Since the hotel did not do anything, i give a 1 star.

Visit was amazing! From the warm welcome at reception to the gracious farewell when I left. Samantha was wonderful. She went above and beyond and made me and my family feel so valued and welcome. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, activities and The Falls. I will DEFINITELY be back!

We've stayed here a few times now and will likley keep coming back. Rooms are clean. Its walking distance to all the attractions and they give you a free cookie at check in lol. Little things can make a big difference.

This hotel for the most part is pretty amazing. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Unfortunately, this time somebody broke into my car. My only complaint would be their breakfast is awful.
