Our stay at the Country Inn was extremely disappointing and we had to leave after two nights due to multiple serious issues. 1. The toilet in the room was broken from the moment we checked in. Despite notifying the front desk, it was never repaired. We paid for a functioning room and basic facilities were not provided. 2. The property did not feel safe. On both mornings, non-guests and homeless people were entering the lobby to take free food and coffee. Nobody from the hotel staff tried to stop them. As guests with a disability and a minor, this made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. 3. We did not receive the level of cleanliness, maintenance or security that we expected, especially for the money we paid.

The room was clean, spacious and the Jacuzzi was nice. The hotel is close to everything so you can park and don't have to drive unless you want. All the staff was very friendly. This is my second time staying here and won't be my last

We have stayed here a few times. Always comfortable and clean. The included breakfast, and coffee in the lobby makes it even better. The main attractions of Niagara are within easy walking distance
