Great stay under budget. Walking distance to Clifton Hills. The team at reception was warm, welcoming and supportive. The room was clean, well lit and as shown in the description. They tried their best to make our stay memorable. Will definitely come back again.

Romantic Getaway

Our 3rd or 4th visit to this hotel. Staff very friendly, breakfast was fantastic lots of options. However even though we were on 6th floor and hotel has 7 floors every night we could hear pounding music maybe from restaurant across the street, couldnt figure out where it was coming from. It went on till 1am if not longer. Making a restful sleep difficult. If we return will ask for room on parking lot side. Noticed some furniture is looking tired and stained. Just needs to be refreshed. Proximity to clifton hill and attractions is great. Parking fee is $22 plus tax fyi per night/day. Most likely will return.

Staff was excellent, room with jacuzzi was average to good, bathroom was small, bed was soft, tv reception and channel selection was basic cable, but the mini fridge completely froze all our drinks and left over food from our dinners. Parking lit and drive really needed to be snow plowed better and salt/andcor sand should have been used. My car got stuck in the snow in the 15min. zone to park and register. Again staff and hospitality was 100%. The rest meh. Excellent spot if you like casinos, unfortunatly we don't.

Not a good area and 7th floor ceiling mold/stains

7th floor had old roof leaks and you could see the tiles stained and possible mold on them. It was Lou as well because the electrical room is on that floor. Cars were broken into through the night - I saw with my own eyes and called down- they did send someone out to look but the people just ran away. There was several homeless or drug attack people breaking into the cars through out the night. It was an economic stay but I didn’t feel safe in the area and the hotel was cosmetically renovated but you could tell there was underlying issues. Staff was amazing and super friendly! I can’t say enough about them and their kindness! Especially the front desk and the main fence worker gentleman. They made the stay enjoyable.
