This is the second time that we have stayed here. It was a wonderful stay from start to finish. Chris was at the desk when we first arrived, She was very helpful ensuring that our check-in would go smoothly as we were an a couple of hours early and our room was not ready. At another point during our stay, I had a special conversation with Amanda. She was extraordinarily nice. All of their staff sure seem to be a perfect fit for the hospitality industry. Our room was spacious and super clean with all of the amenities that we needed. The hotel is about a block away from the activities on Clifton Hill. That little bit of distance create a much quieter stay than if we were at one of the Falls view hotels. Room rates are reasonable, and parking is dramatically cheaper than other locations. The workout room is simple but clean and has the equipment needed to have a good workout. We did not use the pool. Breakfast is included with the cost of the hotel stay. There was a wide variety of food choices and the hot choice changed each of the two days we were there. This is an excellent value. I would recommend this hotel highly!

Entering the room, the room had a stale musty smell. Was given an accessible room which we didn’t book. No bathtub just a walk in shower that leaked on the tile floor. Went through so many towels to clean up the water on the floor. Ceiling was leaking water from the room above. Water was all over our belongings in the morning. Huge water bubble from the ceiling. Wasn’t offered a new room however we did get $35 off our room….didn't even cover parking costs but it was a nice gesture. Maintenance patched the ceiling by the time we came back to the room. Manager Chris was kind, apologetic and gave us extra towels. Other than that the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. The chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were delicious and enjoyed the 24h coffee and tea. The location is perfect! Close to Clifton hill and a short walk to the falls. We unfortunately didn’t get to attend the complimentary breakfast either day or use the pool due to our early morning schedules but hopefully next time. I would book here again. Best bang for your buck in Niagara Falls! You can’t beat the price for the location and cleanliness of the hotel!

Overall, it was what we needed for a night in Niagara Falls. Only complaints is we happened to arrive early for check in and was told a room was available but we would be charged additional fees for early check in which we have not experienced elsewhere unless we missed this in the fine print somewhere. We chose to roam Niagara Falls till check in time. The hotel states renovated room but once we got into the room I’d be surprised that these rooms were renovated, felt more like putting lipstick on a pig. We only stayed for one night as that’s all we needed. The breakfast was what you would expect for a continental and the staff there were lovely. The shared common areas were nice and clean.
