There was no shower in the room, only a jacuzzi which was inconvenient. There were very limited options for breakfast and there were not many grab and go options. Everything you had to make or toast which caused A LOT of traffic and frustration because you were standing in line for a good 30-45 minutes waiting. beds were comfy. area was good.

This property was perfect for our trip, the location was great, Niagara falls very close, you can go by walking, many dinning, shopping and entertainment options around. Simply you don’t really need a car, you just walk everywhere. Hotel very clean. Staff incredible friendly, helpful and very nice. I will definitely recommend this place. I will come back again. Thank you!!

One elevator that has seen better days and is tired from the constant traffic. Prepare to wait in the hallway for a few minutes every time. The beds are tired and you can feel the springs.

Toilet paper and Kleenex like sandpaper and no fridge or microwave . Also they charged me 1.40 to pre book my reservation without telling me and it is nowhere on their website . Breakfast was a disaster…warm orange juice and milk and an absolute zoo. I will not stay there again !

Overall satisfied with stay

Staff was great. Location is perfect. Breakfast is standard but area is way to small for guest to be able to navigate. Not enough seating. Air conditioning smelled musty with a foul urine odour when turned on so we left it off. Otherwise room was clean and very comfortable. Pillows are lumpy and the smallest things we ever saw.
