When I reserved a made a note that we would be arriving early but didn’t need to check in early, just needed to park early. We advised them when we got there if there is a chance we could check in early that would be great and they made a note. We came back to the hotel late afternoon, hoping to check in a little early and apparently they had no rooms ready. However, we stood there and watched other people come in and check in early. Was just a little disappointing. I know they can’t guarantee early check in but we watched other families check in early

Kind staff and comfybbeds even the sofa bed. The ac in the toom was loud, the curtains dont close all the way. The breakfast room is entirety inadequate . Too small for the size of hotel. And the food options were disappointing. There should be at least one protein option gor your guests.

I always booked at Days Inn because it is a friendly environment, clean, fast service. Room is huge beds are comfortable. I wish the pillows were more comfortable though. Overall this place is amazing convenient to all locations

Well located, Room very dated, washroom in general very disappointing, from shower, toilet, condensation that stays for very long time, Ac in room, loud not good, detergent smell that comes out of ac, breakfast only had carbs, no eggs, no bacon or sausage, you better like toast, bagel or wafles, yogurt only the cheap kind. Do yourself a favor and book at another hotel. Not worth the 270 $ a night ( packing included )

Online booking said Free Parking. When we checked in. They asked us to pay $18 for Parking Fee. So me & My friend who checked in end up paying it. They shouldn’t say Free Parking. That’s only my comment.

I did not like the smell and it was not clean. The building/rooms need some renovation and the breakfast area was too crowded and with almost no choice. The coffee machine was empty and the bread got stuck in the toaster machine and no staff to be found to help out.

The room was great and clean but number of towels is only 2 bath towel so I don't think they count kids on that, so you have to asked. Pool area is not visited by staff regularly so no towels available, need to go to front desk to asked. The breakfast is the biggest 👎 only carbs available (bagels, toast and waffles) and NO PROTEIN at all (not even eggs) 😔.

The Whyndam Days Inn by the falls is highly overpriced for what it offers. Bathrooms need a drastic up date. Shower controls were broken an barely worked. Lights took forever to get to maximum brightness. There is no small fridge in the room which should be standard in any hotel. I will definitely think twice before booking in any of the Whyndam chain hotels.
