I’ve stayed here twice so far. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Great spot, pretty much everything is within walking distance. Will 100% stay here again! Reccomend staying here!

Usually great place, clean and friendly staff. Sound travels quite well in the hallways. 2am - 6am people talking loudly sounded like they were in our room with us. I dont do second chances so won't be back since I'm there for work alot and missed out on some jobs due to lack of sleep.

We always stay here whenever we visit Niagara Falls. Nice place to stay ata great value. Parking is always free. Not like the other places that charges you over $20 a night. If you need a place to stay in Niagara Falls stay at the Diplomat Inn.

Very clean, free parking, "we go bus" at 2 min walking, about 10 min walking distance from "the street". The room is renovated, but they have to take care of some little things like (talking about my room) tv rack was unscrew at one place, main door would maybe need adjustment, toilet bowl need adjustment, etc, but nothing too serious. For me, renovated, clean and very cheap was the most important Would definitely go back

Each bed should have 4 pillows per bed. You should not have to ask for a hairdryer. Staff was very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows and a dryer. Extra blankets would also be nice. The room doors need to be updated. They are old and room could easily be broken into. Price and location to the falls was excellent. Good Value with no frills.
