Our non-smoking King had broken curtains, stained ceiling, smelly AC unit and smelled so badly of smoke we could not stay. The refund was straight forward but after we left there was an additional fee added to my card.

The area was very beautiful and super quiet. There was even a cute playground my nephew fully enjoyed. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. Although a little old school but it was all nice and tidy. Loved the stay!

Not a pleasant stay

The room was not very clean. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Bathroom tile broken. Glass on safety information on the door was partially broken. TV did not work.

The TV wasn't working. It said it wasn't connected to the Internet. I went to the front desk and all they did was give me a phone number to call supposedly for a reboot. I called the number and the person didn't know what I was talking about. The front desk should have been the one to call but she wouldn't. They definitely need some classes on customer service!

The room was quite large and had the amenities I needed; fridge, microwave, king bed, outdoor pool, and okay breakfast. Staff was nice as well. Would stay again for the price and the convenient access to Niagara Falls and surrounding cities.

Our stay was for a total of six days. The property looked very well kept. We got our first room but promptly realized that the window to the room did not lock, so we asked for a change of room. This took almost an hour. But when we got our new room we realized it had a smaller bathroom. The air conditioner in the room didn’t cool the room enough. The breakfast was fine, except weekdays when it’s even more limited. The garbage of the property was spilling over for days, nobody took it out. We liked the fact that there were good restaurants near by and that the falls were close too. No staff member ever went to our room for anything.
