I was unable to stay at the property due to one of the adults in my party not being accepted into Canada. We reached out to the hotel directly to see if they could transfer us to a sister hotel on the NY side or help us in any way and was told to reach out to expedia directly. We did and expedia reached out to the hotel for a refund in order to get anotger hotel for us but the hotel refused to refund. Overall both expedia and the hotel were very unhelpful and we will not be using expedia again.

The place was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't adjust the temperature in the bedroom—it felt a bit uncomfortable. The pool temperature was perfect, but the room housing the pool was uncomfortably hot, almost like a sauna.

For the amount being charged it was disappointing to see paint chipping from the bathroom and bedroom door. There was a stain on the roof from a previous leak, the mini fridge wasn't working properly. On the beds, there wasn't an actual sheet attached to the bed, loud a/c in the room. The drain im the shower wouldnt drain. Bed sheets for the pull put couch were atrocious. For the amount paid, you would think that there would be a breakfast included.
