The room was adequate to my needs, comfortable and clean. The view left a bit to desire but it was nice to have a balcony even if all I could see was the empty pool and the back of Margaritaville. The noise level was negligible - overall it was a peaceful stay. The staff were professional and attentive and the location was unbeatable, especially with free parking.

It’s our first time at The Holiday Inn By The Falls but won’t be our last!! The room was spacious, clean and nicely updated . Hotel is centrally located to Casino with nice selection of restaurants nearby but they have an awesome bar/restaurant Coco’s right in hotel with delicious wood oven pizza’s ! A must try!

Very nice except for just a couple of issues.

Everything was great except two things. The bathroom tub needed a non-slip strips in the bathtub, and I really wish there w as a microwave. I'm disabled and really would have liked the non-slip strips as the tub was slippery. I also tend not to eat a lot at once, and bring home doggie bags. I wish there had been a way to heat up lunch leftovers, especially since there was a fridge. Also, the heater in the room didn't work, but it was so warm, it wasn't an issue. However, in the winter... I've stayed here before, and will stay again. Exceptionally clean, and close to the Falls. Also, unlike many hotels, there is not an additional parking charge.
