Good value overall. Location is very convenient, within easy walking distance of the falls and main attractions. Property is in decent shape; decor is dated but attractive and reasonably well maintained. No complaints at all with the room, staff, restaurant, etc. Parking was a bit of an issue - it's in a very large lot shared by multiple properties, and even though we were visiting in off-season, we couldn't find a spot anywhere near the building.

Staff was great! Room was lovely for a Holiday Inn and breakfast included was great! We couldn't get our wifi to work, unfortunately. The restaurant bills itself as "the best steakhouse in Niagara Falls ".....it is just a hotel restaurant. Nothing amazing and too expensive for the quality and portions.

Unfortunately we can't comment on the property as we had an emergency come up and were unable to make the trip. Although the room was non-refundable and the Holiday Inn had a right to not provide a refund, it's disappointing that no effort whatsoever was made to assist with rebooking. We would have paid the difference no problem.

This was our 3rd stay and our last Last 2 times issues with others in the hotel noise poor sleep. Thinking it’s nice to get into the area for our next day family trip but with poor sleeps it’s not working for us 3:33 am wake up to a puking man hurling terrified me with kids thankful I was able to get some noise on to hope they wouldn’t awake to the horrid noise felt like they were in our bathroom Horrible sleep same as our 2nd so we are moving on from this place I do feel our room is clean but not worth the noise and poor sleeps now

The breast was good as wll as the atmisphere. The service was great. The pool, hot tub was good. Going to the front desk to get to the pool was a little frustrating. I can understand if they are trying to keep control.
