Our 2024 truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot in the middle of the night. Our truck was too big to park in the parking garage area, so we had to park in the open hotel parking lot behind the hotel. It is not secure and is open to anyone to access and drive away with your vehicle. Aside from that, the room smelled a bit musty, the air conditioner was pretty noisy, the fridge froze our food, and there was someone else's hair on the bath mat.

There is a very strong mold smell in the room it should be from the air conditioner. At first got assigned room from the 4th floor as soon as got out from the evaluator, you wil notice the smell, and once you get into the room, you can the smell was so strong. We asked to change to anther floor, 6/f the corridor is fine. However once you get into the room, and AC ran for 5 mins the mold smell again. We need to used some strong air fresher to havr it over but doesn't help for the whole night need to keep using it every hours. Strongly advise the hotel the clean out the mold smell.

Check in was quick and easy. Local bus loop stops immediately in front of hotel and goes to all local attractions along the river and rhe Falls. Quick walk to Clifton Hill. This hotel is the place to be.

Had to book last-minute due to a scheduling issue with the original hotel we booked for, and it was great for the one night we stayed! Shoutout to Rajesh S. for the quick check-in and professional service. Denny’s and Starbucks right beside us for a quick and easy breakfast spot, and a short walk away from Clifton Hill and Niagara. Rooms were clean and have good soundproofing/far enough away from Clifton’s nightlife noises.

This is the second time we stayed at this location. It was great seeing the same staff as two years ago! Very friendly and helpful. My daughter loves the pool! Always super busy, cleanliness of the pool is my only concern. I feel that it needs to be watched more closely. Great staff!

This property was old, musty, and was built to separate you from your money. There is a vending machine with what is typically complimentary items at a hotel from 5-10$. Parking cost extra, the wifi is terrible with a note that says if you want good wifi you need to pay extra. The room had not been updated since the early 2000’s. The TV had to be 20 years old with 30 channels and no other options.
