We had a decent stay in the two-queen room, which came equipped with a microwave, fridge, and all the expected amenities. However, we experienced issues with the toilet not flushing properly and had to call maintenance twice, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I’d recommend if you are wanting to stay near the Clifton Hill area.

There was a long line at check in (4pm) and I can understand that holiday weekend, it's very busy. However, families that check in do not all need to go to the counter together (limited space). And it shouldn't take 30 mins for that same family to check in. I, myself, took 10 mins to check for myself and my family (wife and kid). I can see there were frustrations from other patrons.

Terrible experience- completely mishandled booking

I booked five rooms through Hotels.com for my family at the Howard Johnson Plaza by Wyndham Niagara Falls, and my brother booked one additional room. Everything seemed fine until we arrived and were told by the hotel that none of the bookings came through. We were left waiting for hours—only one room was provided at 9:10 PM, and the remaining five rooms weren't given until 11 PM. We had young kids with us, and the hotel staff refused to open the pool or help in any meaningful way. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When I contacted Hotels.com, the only resolution offered was not even not even close to half a refund and in credit, which doesn’t come close to making up for the stress and chaos this caused. I booked in good faith through your platform, and it failed on every level. This experience has made me seriously question using Hotels.com again for future travel!

I really enjoyed my time here. The pool was alot of fun for myself and my guests. I really appreciated that the hotel was a short walking distance to Clifton Hill with two small children it was very helpful. Winery tour stay.

We stayed for two days to go on a wine tour. The hotel was located centrally and was comfortable clean and well kept. We would stay again.
