A spacious and newly renovated house with an open floor plan located beside the Niagara River, near the Falls, and Clifton Hill! It's location gives you easy access to many tourist attractions (Niagara Parks, zip-line, old casino, indoor waterpark, etc.) and nearby grocery stores.

Easy access around the house with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 upstairs. Its open floor plan is perfect for groups, giving it a cozy and friendly atmosphere.

This cute house in a quiet neighbourhood is THE ONE for any travels in Niagara. We had plans to visit Clifton Hill and Niagara-on-the-lake. We were a group of 9 people and with its 5 beds it was everything we needed and more. Located 5 minutes from the falls and 10 minutes from Niagara-on-the-lake our two destinations, we were a the perfect spot for our weekend. The BEST surprise is that the location is situated in front of a Whirlpool. In the morning we sat on the porch to drink our coffees and listen to the sound of the waves. SO RELAXING!The kitchen area is so big and you can find everything you will need for your stay. From a coffee maker, to a toaster, pots and pans to complete set of dishes cups and glasses. You will also find a dishwasher and soap to clean dishes by hand. Overall this kitchen area as long counters, an island and a stove/ microwave section. We used the kitchen on the friday and found everything we needed for taco night. There is even a cute little veranda where a table of 10 is set up for meals. This was our preferred area to eat during our stay.We were beyond amazed when we saw 3 full bathrooms and the accomodations. Towels,extra blankets, shampoo and body soap were nicely provided by our host. The host was helpful, responsive and helped us with any questions we had while reserving and while at the location. Our group was so satisfied with the place. Thank you again for having us! 5 star review!!

A Memorable Stay in Niagara Falls

There were 4 adults and 2 teenagers in our group. It was great to have 3 bathrooms and they were well stocked with towels as well as everything else you could need. Having 2 beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms was perfect for the teens. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and paper products. Everything was very clean! The dining area was a great spot to play games. There was a cute front porch and a nice screened in porch. We couldn't have been happier. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The only thing to watch is that taller people need to watch their heads when going to the basement.

Annual College Besties family vacation

Every year, myself and a friend from college take our children to a new destination. This summer, it was Niagara Falls and the greater area. This rental was perfect for us. If we would ever decide to revisit the area and had to choose to book elsewhere or stay at this property, we would stay here. The location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle that we could just lay low, but close enough we could easily travel to both sides. The first thing that comes to mind is that there were 3 (all modern and very clean) showers. When we would return for the day we could have all 3 showers going and have GREAT water pressure and never ran out of warm water. This was so nice for our group of 6 kids and 2 adults. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast and dinner every night we were there. The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware. The silverware was a bit wonky but we made it work :). There was a porch area that we tended to eat in to keep the mess out of the house. This area was lovely for our group to dump shoes etc. The kids were also able to use the yard to help unwind. It is quite small, but it was fenced in and had nice grass (not mud) so it was fine. The downfall to the house was the very limited television options. IDK if it was because we had American accounts, but the only thing we could get to stream was Amazon Prime and even then none of what we wanted to watch was available. I guess we didn't mind this enough to knock a star off, because honestly we kept pretty

Fun with Family

The siblings met up in Niagara Falls to celebrate a Birthday and an Anniversary. The house was great except for the short ceilings in the two stairways. Location was perfect. Beds were great, showers were great, the kitchen amenities were great, the washer and two dryers came in really handy for our wet Maid in the Mist clothes and shoes, AND the front porch was amazing. Only draw back stairs. There is no way into the house without using stairs. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Brend Bowman

Perfect for the family

Clean and well equipped with the neccessities. We had 3 couples and there was plenty of space and privacy for all. Good location in quiet neighbourhood but close enough to cab downtown for about $15.00 to $20.00. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Niagara Home

This home was amazing. Very clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of bedroom, closet and bathroom space. Quiet area which was nice for relaxing after hitting the busy Clifton Hills area. Spent some time on the front covered porch enjoying the nice weather. Short walk to the Niagara Riverwalk which was gorgeous.

Family Getaway

We had a short visit to the Niagara Falls and truly hit the jackpot with this house near all of the activities but just removed enough for peaceful evenings and mornings sipping our coffee on the porch. For those that enjoy the walk, it is definitely walking distance to the main Falls area and Clifton Hill, but a 3-4 min drive into town is super convenient too. The house is very clean and has plenty of room to spread out. The listing says 4 bedrooms but the basement would easily accommodate a couple of air mattresses and has a full bathroom down there as well. If we return the the area we would definitely stay here again!

Nice home within 5km (3 miles) of Niagara Falls.

Nice home while visiting Niagara Falls with parents in their 80’s. Home was very clean, well stocked & very convenient to all the attractions. Our only issue which will not affect most is the tall bathtub on the main floor was very difficult for elderly parents to get in & out of.

Great house, great location

As a group of adults staying at the house for a wedding weekend we really enjoyed our stay! The hosts have everything you could need for cooking, cleaning and a comfortable sleep- excluding AC room units for the upstairs rooms! Very clean, lots of space and walking distance to a wonderful Peruvian restaurant called “Fork You” with live music on Friday night. Short cab ride downtime to enjoy the falls and all the fun they have to offer- would absolutely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

Our group of friends enjoy vacationing together, and this house provided a beautiful place for us to enjoy our weekend. We did have some minor glitches like a broken can opener and WIFI that did not allow us to get onto the internet, but the house is so warm and welcoming that these were really non-issues. The location to attractions is excellent, and all of our necessities were provided in the house. Thank you for allowing us to rent this house. We had a great time!

2nd time just as good

This was our 2nd stay at the property. Property is clean, large and very close to the falls. Communication with the owners is fast and check-in/checkout was simple even when we arrived late in the evening. Strongly recommend.
