Definitely don’t be shocked with what you paid for. The room definitely needed some cleaning. I brought my own cleaning products. I brought my own air freshener. The air conditioner gave a little bit of a stink, but after I brought my own air freshener, it made it better overall a good stay you get what you paid for next time I would bring my own towels and my own sheets

Overall the stay was decent enough, there was dirt and dust on the carpets along the borders, the curtain had a little bit of mildew and the air conditioning was fairly noisy, the pool needed a good cleaning, the hallways were clean!

When I arrived early I was told to come back at 3 so the room could be cleaned . Once I checked in the room was nasty . The sheets had not been changed there was visible soiling on the bedding . Bugs were everywhere . The air conditioning unit was nasty and the countertops had not been cleaned . There was indoor furniture in the parking spaces and trash remained outside the room doors . There was no breakfast food available at 9 am . I took pictures and videos . The only reason anyone should stay there is if the weather doesn’t permit .

We knew where we were staying (an old motel) so did not have grand expectations. The good: The breakfast was higher quality than we had expected, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was good to see the place being renovated. The not so good: The room we had (for 4 people) had a barely working toilet, that required a few visits from staff to keep barely working. And the musty hallway smell of old motels. But all in all, a decent experience, and great staff.

Definitely not worth the money. Location was great though. Toilet ran constantly. Burn holes in the bedding-non smoking room- hair in the tub and on the floor and the overhead exhaust was very dirty! Only one towel given for two person stay. No face cloths or hand towels. Don’t get me started on the shampoo/conditioner combo- I forgot mine back home. Rust stains on the floor. Holes in the drapes. Overall some TLC would be a good thing. I’m thankful it was just me staying there and only for sleeping. Room smelled clean though. Fridge and microwave were also clean.

The pool was still under construction. It also took me 15 minutes just to wait for the front desk to help me for check in. The room was not cleaned and there were bugs around

The room smelled like it had once been a smoking room. The sink did not drain. Cracked walls. The bathroom had not been cleaned; long hair hanging on the toilet roll. Cigarette burns in the bedding and on the carpet. Carpet was also sticky in some areas. Freezer was disgusting and obviously not cleaned for some time. Horrible experience. It’s clear they save this room for the discounted Expedia “specials”.

The hotel was not clean. It was sketchy. There were families living in the units, people outside fixing their cars in the parking lot. The lobby was clean but that was the only place. The stairwells were messy filled with construction supplies, tiles missing off the stairs. Our room was ok except there were stains on the sheet, looked like blood, we removed the sheet, the mirror around the tub was also dirty, dried paint and who knows what else. They did give us extra towels when we asked and did come in to clean the room during our weekend stay. It was an ok place to sleep but it was loud, could hear doors slamming and hear the other rooms clearly. There was also a screw loose in our door handle lock which I thought was odd. No blinds in the rooms just curtains so you couldn’t open the curtains and maintain any privacy. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, sausage and potatoes and some juice, coffee tea. It was fine. We did have a microwave and fridge in our room which was good. The lighting was not great. Only the lights around the tub and in the bathroom and 1 single lamp by the bed. All in all it was a place to sleep at night but it was not great. I won’t be back.

Rooms not in good condition

I booked 2 rooms. We were out in a room that's in bad condition Shower curtain so dirty. The floor broken. Towels so small.. POSITIVE: BED, pillows and blanket are ok. Breakfast is good for the price.. They should have put us in a room that was renovated already..

It so dirty, a lot of cockroach in bathroom and in the back of the table by the TV. I told to the reception but no body came toclean the room. They dont stock towels. Every night need to go down and ask the reception for a bath towel.
