The Inn and AG restaurant within the Inn were both excellent. The room was spacious and beautiful. The food at AG for dinner was delicious, with fantastic service. Breakfast in bed was included and was also very good. The only issues we had were the mattress being too firm and the room was very warm at 75°, and we could not get it to go below 74°, even with the AC on in January.

The room was clean and inviting. Enjoyed the shower, jetted tub, breakfast brought into my room each day, and the staff couldn't have been more kind or accommodating. Everything at the restaurant was perfect as well! I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see from here.

We had overnight stay at the end of the Festival of Lights, we were placed in room 112. The room was very large, clean and the bed comfortable. The "steam" shower did not work. The noise outside our room was excessive all night. It is adjacent to the elevator and you hear the mechanics all the time. The cleaners room is also there and you hear them in and out, plus the water running. Thin walls! And, it is under the main stairwell and lobby.

Large, unique rooms that are different every time we stay. Worth it just for the steam shower! The breakfast is amazing, and always delivered right when requested. We always look forward to the croissants. Amazing staff, with little touches that go a long way. Love this property.
