Summary:
Welcome to "The 506", my beautiful newly renovated French Cottage located directly in Old Town! It features 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. There are 1.5 bathrooms, with the full bath boasting a stunning walk-in modern shower.

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed wifi, free parking and a charming warm atmosphere! It is a 10 minute walk from the main stores and several of the best wineries. Bike rentals are right across the road!

The Space:
The home was built in the 1890s and has beautiful hand-painted flowers on its outside walls! Completely renovated in 2025, it is a cozy sanctuary with a gorgeous back yard, close to all that NOTL has to offer

We are also just a few blocks from 4 of NOTL locals' favourite restaurants: Garrison House, The Old Winery, Butler's Grill, and The Sand Trap.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home with no shared spaces. It is a bungalow so there are no stairs for easy accessibility!

The Neighborhood:
Avondale convenient store is 1 block away, as well as bike rentals, Tim Hortons, and the best vineyards! You will be just a 2 minute drive to the main strip in Old Town (Queen St)

Other Things to Note:
Access is keyless via my keypad located on the back door. You will be provided all entry instructions near your check in date!

Dryer may have towels / linens in it on your arrival if they have not dried before 4pm. Cleaner will need to leave them running to dry.
