Cocoonr/Book&pay offers this charming 30 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool for rent in Nîmes, France, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Mezzanine storage space accessible by ladder
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 9x5 m swimming pool (share and unheated), open from May 1 to September 30 (may be open outside these dates depending on the outside temperature).
- 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
- A 50 m² garden (individual and not enclosed), in a 3,000 m² park (shared and not enclosed).
The apartment is ideally located 5 km from downtown Nîmes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. A means of transportation is essential for getting around, as public transportation is inadequate.
As far as other means of transport are concerned, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Nîmes train station, about 13 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Nîmes airport, about 30 min by car.
