The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off the AC/ heat
The trash cans are around the side of the house by the private driveway. If they are full you can leave your trash bag on the side of them. They get taken down for trash day on Sunday night.

Quite time is by 9pm. Please be respectful since we live on a very quite property.
The dinning room chairs are very light, if you have kids please put a towel over them so they don’t get ruined when eating.
Use cutting boards when cutting on the counters please. They can get damaged easily by cutting on them.

The house was so beautiful and clean. It was welcoming the second you walk in. It was 15 min near the beach. It was next to many shopping centers. We loved how prompt the owners were when answering questions. There were many house amenities that I was so happy they had. I will definitely be coming back

The house itself was comfortable and worked fine as a place to sleep during our day trips out in the area.However, after we checked out, the host claimed we left a stain on a bedspread and that a bed cover was missing. We did not eat or drink in the bedrooms, spent most of our time out of the house, and nothing was taken. No evidence was provided to support these accusations, and we left the home in good condition.The stay was fine, but the post-stay communication felt unfair and left a negative impression. Future guests may want to keep this in mind.

California Love

Beautiful home and easy to check in and checkout. Loved the patio and quiet neighborhood. The house was close to Nipomo Park where our family held our family reunion. Restaurants and grocery store was close by. I would stay here again!

Graduation Weekend

We booked this lovely house to celebrate my daughter graduation from Cal Poly. It's about a 30 moon drive to campus, but worked perfectly for our needs. Shannon was easy to work with, and answered any questions I had promptly. The house was spacious for 3 couples and my visiting Mustang and two friends whoo stopped by for dinner too celebrate. The kitchen was awesome to cook our celebration dinner. Beds were comfortable.

Christmas Delight 2023

This property met our expectations and then some! The location is incredible--accessible to shopping and the 101, while exuding a private get-a-way vibe. We hosted extended family for meals and holiday celebrations on three consecutive nights, and the home just seemed to happily expand. The kitchen is truly a dream, and was so wonderfully equipped and laid out. We are VRBO "regulars" and this property tops our list of favorite stays.

Perfect for our family gathering!

We have family in the area and this was the perfect auxilary house for overflow. In fact, it was so perfect, our local family loved coming here! Great lawn for our outside games and comfortable for those of us staying here. Our family of professional chefs were delighted that the kitchen was so well equipped. Mom and Dad LOVED the shower in the master (we did have to share it one day). Thank you for a lovely stay.

Golfing Ladies needing a place to stay

Four of us golfing ladies needed a place to stay near Black Lake Golf course, for an LPGA AMA California golf tournament. This house was lovely, well appointed and super quiet. Also very close to the course. Even if you are not playing in a specific tournament there are 3 courses in this area that are fun to play. Not to mention all the lovely beaches near by. We had a great time at this VRBO.

Amazing!!

The house was actually bigger in person than the pictures let on! And the hosts were very helpful & friendly. The only thing that scared me was when I was straightening my hair, the nest smoke detector went off and startled me a bit, LOL! But it felt good knowing there was a second line of defense looking out for us on our stay! Amazing house that gave us unforgettable memories, highly recommend!!!

Our 4th of July Beach Trip

We had a wonderful trip. This house was amazing. Filled with all the accommodations of home. Beautiful neighborhood peaceful location and our host's were great people there if and when we needed anything. This home had comfortable beds and couches, and everything was absolutely perfect.

Great house for family get together

We really enjoyed the open kitchen/dining area and the overall house. We were there to attend a wedding and the house was perfect for our group - lots of space to gather and prepare some flowers and appetizers. We wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent communications, cleanliness, nice decor and plenty to do nearby.
