Welcome to the "Eaux Vives" house



We offer a stay in this lovely fully renovated house on the island of Noirmoutier, in the heart of the typical village of Vieil. It welcomes you in a warm setting and can accommodate up to four people, ideal for family holidays.

Perfectly situated 200 metres from Mardi Gras beach, you can enjoy the sea at any time of day: rock pooling, swimming, sailing, relaxation…

Between two swims, relax in the charming garden, equipped with small sun loungers for your moments of rest. To make the most of the fine weather, you can share your meals outdoors thanks to its outdoor table and barbecue.



On the ground floor:

You will have a lounge equipped with a sofa, a television and direct access to the garden. Just next to it is the dining table, perfect for convivial meals, as well as the separate kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and percolator coffee maker). Separate toilets complete this level.



On the upper floor:

You will find two bedrooms with wardrobes: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x200) that can be moved together if needed. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.



For your added comfort, you will also have at your disposal in the outbuilding located in the garden a washing machine, a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath. As for parking, a space is reserved for you in the courtyard in front of the house.

- 300 m from the "Le Retro" and "Gustave" restaurants

- many other beaches easily accessible by bike, "Madeleine", "Clère", "Dames" beaches between 700m and 2km…

- 4 km from "Crazy golf" golf course,

- 75 km from "Parc de loisirs - Le Grand Défi" amusement park



At Noirmoutier, you won't be bored, with its shops and entertainment throughout the summer. If you're discovering the island for the first time, don't forget your boots or put on your "jellyfish shoes", because here, the local sport is rock pooling, so equip yourself with a rake and a shellfish hook. The other essential accessory on the island is a bike to explore all the paths which have the great advantage of being completely flat!
