It includes an entrance hall, a living room/kitchen equipped with a 160x200 cm Murphy bed (in the photo, hidden behind the sofa and folding onto it), a veranda/dining room, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and two 80 cm Murphy bunk beds, a shower room, and a toilet. A washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, television, and a travel cot and high chair are available upon request. At the rear, facing the forest, there is a private terrace with garden furniture, two deckchairs, an electric barbecue, a mechanical awning, and a bicycle storage room located under the stairs. Access to the forest and the beach (Les Sableaux) is direct from the property via a gate. Parking is available in the shared garden. Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of €76 is available.
