The sleeping area is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms with double beds (140x200), ideal for people wishing to avoid stairs. Upstairs, three other bedrooms await you: a double bedroom (140x200), a bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be moved together to form a King Size bed (180x200), and a final bedroom with a trundle bed comprising two single beds (90x190), ideal for children or teenagers. The house has a bathroom on the ground floor and a shower room with WC and hairdryer upstairs.



For even greater convenience, the house provides you with a washing machine, an iron, as well as four parking spaces in the garden.



Located in a peaceful setting around a tidal inlet, this house benefits from an ideal location for a relaxing holiday, whilst being close to the famous nightclub "La Boîte à Sel", an unmissable venue in Noirmoutier, lively every evening in July and August. Its proximity may, however, cause nighttime noise disturbances.
