The room was clean, everything worked as expected (no issues with hot water, air conditioning, etc.). Felt very safe in the residences and walking outside regardless of the time of day. The pool area was great and the gym upstairs - both were not super busy at any time of the day. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was great, clean towels and kitchen supplies provided the same day when requested. Condo kitchen was well equipped, we rented a smaller condo but there was still two bedrooms, two bathroom/showers, kitchen and area to sit plus a balcony. The apartment was absolutely incredible. It had everything we needed, was super clean, and the location was perfect. The staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. We were traveling with a little one and requested a crib, which was delivered quickly and without any issues — that made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. The rooftop was amazing, with beautiful views of the island. We loved being able to use the grill and the small gym, which was a great plus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place, especially for families.

The place is great and the response to any questions are immediate. There are a couple things that could have improved our stay. Going to the beach most days brings back some sand. There was no broom or mop in the unit to clean the floors. Two of the four beach chairs were broken as was the umbrella. The key pad front door and room door was really nice. No keys to worry about losing. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. All in all, it is a great place at a reasonable price.
