Villa Azul Aruba on upea upouusi 5BR / 4. 5BA Toscanan suunnittelijahuvila, vain 3 min hotelleihin ja rantoihin. Tämän aivan uuden 5 tähden huvilan omistavat kuuluisuusparit Maite Delgado & Alfonso Mora. Maite Delgado on kuuluisa Venezuelan televisiopersoonallisuus ja entinen Miss Venezuela. Hänen aviomiehensä Alfonso Mora on entinen ammattilainen Davis-cup-tennispelaaja. Se on runsas ja tilava huvila niille, jotka haluavat kokea äärimmäisen mukavasti Arubassa.

Sijaitsee Opalin yksinoikeudella asuinalueella, lähellä hotelleja, rantoja ja Tierra del Sol -golfkenttää. Koti sijaitsee hiljaisella kadulla, on suuri trooppinen puutarha, jossa uima-allas. Upea auringonlasku ja kaunis merinäköala toisen kerroksen parvekkeelta. Aruban hienoimmat rannat ovat vain 3 minuutin päässä (1. 3 mailia). Vain 3 minuutin ajomatkan (1. 5 mailia) korkealle hotellialueelle, josta löydät paljon ravintoloita, kauppoja, esityksiä, elokuvateattereita, kasinoita.

Iso olohuone on tilava ja siinä mahtuu jopa 14 henkilöä. Kivilattiat kaikkialla, moderni design-keittiö, jonka valmistaja on Berloni, ja kalliit laitteet. Kodissa on keskusvirta kaikissa huoneissa paitsi autotallissa. Kaikissa huoneissa suuret taulu-tv, wifi, puhelin ilmaisilla paikallispuheluilla, lisämukavuuksilla vieraille, laadukkaat liinavaatteet ja vieraatarvikkeet. Sisustussuunnittelija on tunnettu Venezuelan sisustussuunnittelija. Kuluja ei ole säästynyt, ja löydät kodista kaiken, mitä voitte kuvitella.

Kodissa on 5 makuuhuonetta ja 4. 5 kylpyhuonetta, ja siinä on myös suljettu 2-autotalli. Nukkuu 14. Täydellinen suurille perheille tai kaveriporukoille.
Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, vaatehuone ja kylpyhuone toisessa kerroksessa. Se avautuu toisen kerroksen katetulle terassille.
Makuuhuone # 2 on myös makuuhuone, jossa parisänky, vaatehuone ja oma kylpyhuone, toisessa kerroksessa ja avautuu toiseen kerrokseen katetulla terassilla.
Makuuhuone # 3 on myös makuuhuone, jossa parisänky, vaatehuone ja oma kylpyhuone, pohjakerroksessa, jossa pariovet avautuvat uima-altaan oleskelutilaan.
Makuuhuone # 4 on ylimääräinen makuuhuone (2 erillistä vuodetta), makuuhuoneen # 1 vieressä. Tämä makuuhuone jakaisi kylpyhuoneen nro 1.
Makuuhuone # 5 on pohjakerroksen makuuhuone, jossa 2 kerrossänkyä (yhteensä 4 vuodetta). Molemmissa kerrossängyissä on queen-vuode, jossa kaksi erillistä päälle. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös oma vaatehuone ja oma kylpyhuone.

Ulkopuolella on kaunis kristallinkirkas uima-allas, joka vastaanottaa paljon suoraa auringonvaloa. Veden lämpötila on aina mukava. Kodilla on 2 suurta katettua terassia samalla kodin (myöhäisellä) puolella auringonlaskua päin. Pohjakerroksen terassilla on ulkoilmaruokailutila uima-altaan ulkopuolella, toisen kerroksen terassilla on mukava oleskelutila ja sieltä on kauniit näkymät Malmokin rannikolle. Tilava oleskelutila uima-altaan ympärillä, täydellinen ulkokeittiö, jossa suuri kaasugrilli ja baari ja ruokailutila. Kaunis trooppinen puutarha palmuineen ja kukkivat pensaat. Täysin aidattu pihalle.

We loved our stay! An absolutely gorgeous home with a beautiful pool. Everything was very clean and the home was equipped with all the amenities we needed. Very responsive communication regarding check in and any other questions we had. We would love to stay there again in the future. I would recommend renting a car while staying there.

Excellent Stay!

Everything said about this property is accurate - we had an excellent stay and the property managers are on top of everything - they responded to requests immediately and were able to bring anything we needed to the house within 15 minutes. The house is great for a group and we would definitely book this property again next time we are in Aruba!

Our stay was awesome!! There is plenty of space for large groups and the hosts were very accommodating! Before and During our stay Julia was very helpful. She put me in touch with a concierge who arranged a private chef and UTV adventures for us! Overall the experience was really unforgettable. Our whole group will definitely be back

Relaxing at times

The property was amazing, beautiful pool and everything you would need,,, unfortunately the house directly behind us had the e3 dogs that were non stop barking and at times sounded like dog fights,,, i realize that this is out of your control but more times than less it made enjoying the pool & grilling a little less enjoyable,, but over all the property was amazing,, Thankyou Brian Scafidi

It was 9 family members and we had more than enough room. I would definitely rent Villa Azul again. Once you stay here you will not want to stay any where else in Aruba! Stuart which manages the Villa did everything to make our stay very comfortable. I recommend this Vill to everyone!!!!!

Beautiful upscale Villa

Our first trip to Aruba and this home was perfect! We were a family of seven and enjoyed sitting out back, cooking, swimming, playing cards, etc. The property management was very quick to respond and send people over to fix anything we needed. The dryer did not work. The repairman came and told me how to use it but it did not work. We were able to hang clothes out back in the sun and they dried quickly with the windy conditions.

Great Home for Big Groups

This house is amazing!! My girlfriends, group of 8, were in Aruba on a girls trip. The house provided more than enough space for everyone. The back yard with the pool was exceptional. We hired a chef that came over and cooked brunch daily and we sat at the outside table. There were more than enough beach towels for all of us and also had beach chairs that were were able to take to the beach if needed. Just need to go to the grocery store, all the pans, dishes, towels and everything else needed is in the house. The only con about the house is that, as the previous 2 renters stated, the dryer DOES NOT WORK!! They sent someone over a couple of times and said it was fixed but it was not. It would eventually turn on but there was no heat. This was frustrating as we were at the beach daily, stayed for a week, and needed to wash. They just need to replace the dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at Villa Azul. Stuart and Freya were great and their suggestions and service were on the money. Upon arrival late Saturday, we discovered some minor problems with door locks and electrical - Stuart addressed these problems immediately and was very accommodating with every personal request. Home was very clean but there is a bit of wear and tear compared to the online photos - this is not unusual for a rental…nevertheless, it did not affect our experience. If vacationing with a large group, we highly recommend a Chef night - Ricky was great and allot of fun….Freya set this up for us and she handled grocery delivery prior to arrival. The local grocery store was an easy 5 minute drive and the high rise hotel strip was an easy 10 minute drive. You can’t really walk to any beach or restaurant so plan on a car rental with a good GPS. Overall, Villa Azul is a great Aruba destination and we will target this rental in the future or another one of Stuart’s rentals on RentStar.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property. If want to be in the middle of things wouldn't recommend this though, just stay in a hotel. Although 5 min away it becomes bothersome not being right on Beach and in middle of things. Very pretty yes, but beds also very very hard! Several doors needed some repair and we're extremely hard to shut or flew open. One of the vents in the bathroom was just completely open. Not sure what was up with that. Several chairs in back porch broke im sure just from general overuse, but then leg wobbled and made one of family members fall. For several families wouldn't recommend this home just due to how loud it gets, the echoing, and inconvenience to beach. Esp with the kids. This was suppose to be relaxing but the constant travel back and forth to beach was a pain for us. We didn't spend much time together cause we all wanted to be down by beaches or around shops.

Wonderful House in Aruba

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Azul Aruba was perfect for our family of 13. It was large and spacious, beautifully decorated, and provided plenty of space for everyone. Upstairs my husband and I enjoyed the huge Master Suite, which had the upstairs balcony with the view of the water. Our daughter and her husband also had access to the balcony off their bedroom. Their children used the twin bedroom outside of the Master. Downstairs the 2 bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house. This provided separation for my daughter's family with an 11 month old who sometimes wakes during the night. He was far away from the others and did not disturb them. Pack and Play and high chair were provided. The other downstairs bedroom was off a huge den and had the queen bunkbeds. This was perfect for our son's family of 4. It was almost as if they had their own private suite! The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware,etc. There were even plastic plates for the children. Dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, coffee, and basic spices were provided. However only 1 extra trash bag. Well supplied with towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, pool toys. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is lovely and very clean. Attention paid to detail. Ardeline and Freya were most helpful and responsive to all emails and calls.

Great House, Management Company Was Fantastic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this home over the holiday break in 2020. There were 8 of us in total, 6 adults and 2 teenagers--3 different families. There was a lot of space, and we were very comfortable. The garage was converted to living space, and when combined with the bedroom and bathroom that was connected to it, it was like an apartment on its own. We put the college boys there and they had their own space to play ping pong (or use the balls for other hijinks!), watch TV, etc, until all hours of the night, without disturbing anyone else. The teen girls shared a bedroom that led directly into the pool, which they loved. I would like to mention one of the bedrooms is actually inside the master bedroom, so it shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. This worked out fine for us, but if someone intends on using the master bedroom and would like complete privacy, you won't be able to use that extra bedroom. The master bedroom was enormous though, and very lovely, and the extra bedroom was large w two twin beds (or push it together to make one large king.)The house was very clean, and Stuart, the property manager, was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc.Because of the pandemic, we did not go out to eat as much as we would have liked, but we did go to Zeerover(fresh shrimp and fish but all fried)Flying Fishbone (good, not great, maybe not worth the cost)Salt and Pepper (yummy sangria and good tapas)Eduardo's Beach Shack (Vegan, good acai bowls and drinks)Dutch Pancake House (good breakfast/dutch pancakes)Taste My Aruba (yummy)Matthew's (right on the beach, good)I was not overwhelmed by the food in Aruba. None of the restaurants stood out. Salt and Pepper had good sangria and tapas. It was fun to eat there.The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes/cooking utensils/basic spices and oil, so it was very easy for us to cook, which we did a lot. Overall, it was a nice trip, and I would recommend this

Great stay!

We loved our time at the house. Location was in a lovely neighborhood. The house was well equipped. Management was very responsive to our requests. Lots of room here to spread out!
