Good time of year to visit, neither busy nor lonely. Breakfast selection good including yogurt machine with toppings. Probably a lot of guests track in sand on the hard surface room floors but staff didn't mop or vac it up so floor rather gritty which made us keep shoes on and continue to leave more sand. They changed wifi password which was inconvenient but a sign they take security seriously which we respect.

I wish we had better weather, but the walk to the beach was short and nice. The room was spacious and the little kitchenette was very nice. The carpet had some stains, but the sheets were clean and the modern lamps and bedside tables with ample plugs and USB A and USB C plugs was a nice bonus. Really liked the very clean and well stocked breakfast. The staff were happy and helpful and that made all the difference.

Beach view from our room was great! Only thing didn’t like we had a little kitchen but no supplies. You had to go to office if you wanted. Room is what we needed but had a little odd smell.

First and foremost the staff was great. Secondly, the hotel was clean unlike the Econolodge down the street. This hotel is also right on the beach which was fantastic. Great staff, great location, and the facilities were clean.

The room was perfect for 4 friends staying together. Ample parking, quiet stay. Staff was so friendly and checked in to make sure we were doing okay. Saw a couple of nymph roaches, but honestly we weren't really bothered by it. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We've been back here every summer for 8 years. The beach is quiet and surounded by nature, the pool is tidy and good for families and the complimentary breakfast is great. If you are particular about your bedding, I recommend bringing your own blanket, it's very limited. And if you have food allergies, the breakfast offerings can be limited (especially wheat allergy) though that is pretty standard for basic hotel breakfast.

The staff was amazing. Had an issue with our room and went back down to the lobby to let them know. Without any hesitation, they changed our room immediately. No issues with the new room. Stay was quiet and relaxing.

This property needs a lot of maintenance. When I booked, I didn't realize it was so far from Atlantic Avenue and the Boardwalk. I will not be returning to this area. Beach access was a bear to trod down to. Our view of the ocean was blocked by the dunes. Not exactly what I expected and very, very disappointed.

Could have been better.

Upon arrival I checked in to find not 1 but 2 dehumidifiers in our room. they were loud and kept going off all night with alarms because the buckets were full. this am two very nice gentlemen came in to take them out and I am not sure who scared who more. they apologized profusely as they removed them. they mentioned this room should have net even been rented out because it was out of order. There also was a slight musty odor.i do understand that they had some coastal flooding days before. So i tried to be understanding, once i was told the room was out of order and should not have been rented. I was pretty upset. The view was lovely but we didn't sleep much because the noise.

The room appearance was very nice and looked like it had been recently updated however it smelled awful like really cheap disinfectant. Even though the room looked very clean, it honestly smelled like a nursing home. The disinfectant smell is so strong, I wonder if it was an attempt to cover up another smell….
