I always enjoy my stay here. The room is always clean, one of the cooks is very pleasant and friendly, and the housekeepers are great. The staff is helpful and makes sure your stay is comfortable. I will most definitely be back.

The desk clerk was very pleasant & got us set up for 2week parking & even had coffee made in the lobby,which was very much appreciated. The room was nice & the bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport was on-time. Room temperature was easy to adjust. Will be staying another night on our return trip from Colorado. Would recommend this Hampton Inn to family & friends. B&S from Va.

Breakfast had very limited options. Milk bottle had a weird and not fresh smell. The breakfast picture doesn’t represent what they have currently. Our room was on the 4th floor and it was making really loud noises in the middle of the night which woke us up.

I always stay at this Hampton Inn location. The staff is wonderful & the pool is always warm for my little granddaughter. Upon checking in, there was a sein at the front desk saying the pool was open, but the heater was broken. I questioned changing my reservation to a different location because we swim so much. Anbritt promptly picked up the phone and made a call, arranging for us to have access to the pool at the Doubletree, which shares the same parking lot. I was so grateful that we did not have to move to a different location. One more reason, we will always stay at the Norfolk Airport Hampton Inn.
