Welcome to our newly renovated residential home. It is conveniently located in the Bayview area of Norfolk. This puts our location in close proximity to Naval station Norfolk and Oceanview Beach. This home is perfect for groups looking to connect with family and friends serving in the military or groups looking for a beach retreat.

This fresh and clean 3 Bedroom/2 bath home is just a little over 1700 sq (two levels). It has an open concept living/dining area, good for families. The kitchen is great for making home cooked meals and is equipped with essentials and other conveniences such as a microwave and Keurig. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and Roku, so you can enjoy all of your favorite streaming programs. On a nice day or night you may enjoy our outdoor space, it is big enough to play football. We also offer a washer and dryer in the home. With a large driveway there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles. We thank you for your consideration!

My daughter was moving to the area and we needed a place to stay until her apartment was ready. Great location near base, nice little neighborhood. Great backyard for the pooch. Very comfortable and clean. We needed to extend our stay and were easily accommodated. We contacted the homeowner about the toaster no longer working and had one delivered to the door within the hour! Amazing experience.

The location was great and we had everything we needed except for a full-sized coffee machine. But I think perhaps given the time of year, the humidity was an issue for us being able to close all of the doors and the house smelled quite musty. Overall, though, we had a great experience and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and everything was clean.

Excellent Value in Ocean View

Clean and incredibly spacious, this home on Bayview Blvd was the perfect location for our three-night stay. Close to beach, breweries, and parks. Huge backyard! Comparable in price to other properties in the area but so much bigger. Had all the amenities we needed. Although there were only two of us, this would be a great spot for a family, as the three bedrooms and two baths provided plenty of space. Will absolutely seek out this property when we return to the area next year.

Clean and comfortable, met our needs

Not what we expected but very clean and pet friendly. Huge back yard for quick trip with the dog. Neighborhood was good for extended walk. Very centrally located to attractions. Property manager was very responsive. No burdensome check-out procedures.

Beautiful home!!! I cannot stress that enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable, the house is spacious, and they provided some extras that made our stay even better. Super close to base and a lot of good restaurants, and the beach.

Good place to stay

Everything was as advertised. The host was very responsive to some questions I had. The place was very well stocked as well. No check-out procedures, so that was nice as well. My only two things to point out: 1. It is listed as "sleeps six," and it certainly does. But there isn't really room for 6 people to sit and relax int he living room. There is only a sectional with no additional seating. There is plenty of room for another couch or additional chairs, which would have been nice. 2. The previous guests must have went to the beach or something because there was sand and dirt all over the floor. You had to wear your shoes/socks in the house. Aside from that, the rest of the place was spotless. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and for the 4 of us, it met our needs. We would stay again.

The property is located on a main road and is minutes away from ocean view beach and also walmart for your grocery needs. The home has a fenced in back yard so definitely pet friendly! It’s an older home so tip-toeing was required to not wake up other family members and our pet. The place lacked a mop so we ended up doing some cleaning ourselves and very glad we did. Overall decent stay and affordable!

Old costal house with some updates and some old charm. Many of the doors didn't close properly and the upstairs shower was tricky. Nice downstairs bedroom and walk in shower for anyone with mobility issues though. Clothes left in the coat closet from a previous guest. Very busy street but the backyard was quite nice.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this house. It’s an older home but very modern. We loved the “open” layout. It’s a super nice area. Not to far from anything. We walked to a few yard sales even. A lovely, relaxing trip!!! Would definitely book here again!!
