the bathroom had mold and there was no breakfast and for staff i hunt them towels. just because was early ask them add room extra reservations. so canceled my reservations so instead $282 I payed $350.

This is a great motel, especially for the price point.. It was partially renovated and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. I would stay here again.

Heating/AC very outdated and not functioning well. Door did not close tightly and the latch barely met the door frame so so room security was lacking. The hotel had the vibe that many occupants were long term renters due to lack of affordable housing.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the location is so perfect as it is within walking distance to the waterfront, the Carousels, Twigg’s Coffee Roasters, and also the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church. And right next door to the St. John’s Anglican Church.

For the most part, the stay was alright. The mattress on the bed is old and there is no support. We had sore backs while we were there. Would be helpful to replace the mattress. No one likes sleeping in a divot.
