We stayed for four nights. During that time I requested someone freshen the room (replace towels, toilet paper and take care of the garbage, clean dishes, cups and utensils.) None of that happened except towels were dropped off on the last day and nothing else. By the time we left there was no toilet paper and the garbage was overflowing. I had to request coffee for the mornings as nothing was ever dropped off and we had to clean our own dishes cups and utensils using hand soap and bathroom towels. Im not sure if it was a problem communicating with the staff or an oversight. The rooms were nice and the location beautiful.but the issue with cleaning the rooms makes me think twice about ever coming back.

The place has a very serene vibe to it, a must go spot to get away from the crowded cities and closer to nature. P.S. perfect spot to watch sunset every day of your stay!!!!!

Nice couples room and getaway!

The room was very nice. The only thing was the AC was not working. They came and looked at it promptly, and offered to move us, BUT, we were already unpacked and settled, so we decided to stay put; as it was forecast to be cool night. We had a fan, and it was blowing on us all night; we were good. :)

Property has great amenities and super staff unfortunately our room was in a basement that left our feet dirty walking in room, the wifi kept disconnecting and at 2am our king bed broke with a snap waking us. My husband moved to the couch afraid it would totally collapse. Also the toilet was not fastened securely to the floor so it rocked.

Room very nice , but set up and lighting poor. The hvac in the suires we had were connected to other suites. If they were running a/c every unit 's a/c was running. Same with heat.. Units were not individually controlled. Also picture shows looking over lake like on a patio. Unit had patio, but you coullldn't get to from room. Had to go out of building and go through a communl patio to get to. Too many weird things about place.
