The hotel was so pretty surrounded by the woods and the fireplace in the lobby was stunning! The pool and sauna was incredible and the rooms were big and bed was comfortable. Staff was so friendly and their cafe made yummy lattes! Will definitely come back multiple times!

The lodge is situated in a friendly, serene area; however, at 8:00 AM (08.05.2025), a chainsaw crew arrived and started cutting down a tree right outside our room. The staff did not provide any information or a polite warning about this disturbance, which was quite disruptive for a restful spa experience. The food and dining experience were below average. While dining in the outdoor courtyard, we were disturbed by a group of people playing a loud game of cornhole right behind us. I suggest relocating the game to a grassy area where it would be more appropriate. The food was cold, and the service was mediocre. The breakfast was undercooked, cold, and tasteless. I recommend training and experienced staff to assist newcomers. The training seemed inadequate, and the staff did not perform well.

The property was clean and the environment around the resort was serene. There were next to no TV channels available in the room. We asked 3 different staff for a 1 hour late check out. Each said they would get back to us and we never heard back.
