We found two items covered in blood. One of them was a pillow. One of them was a robe. Furniture in the room is really decaying, our furniture split in half. A bit disappointing overall pillows are not great. I think this place needs a new pillows ASAP. The bartender is amazing knows his stuff and really welcoming. We noticed that they are heavily understaffed coffee shop in the morning supposed to be open. If a person called in sick they have no one covering. Foot selection is limited. I wish they stayed open later. Nothing to eat after 9 PM. My personal opinion for a resort It needs to have options.

Our room facing the woods with private hot tub was wonderful. It was quiet, spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel was clean and had new furnishings that gave it a more modern appearance. Some of the hotel felt dated but over all it was a nice hotel. The restaurant had a limited menu and full bar. We ate there twice over our long weekend and the food was delicious and the service staff were friendly. We will stay here again for sure.

The room’s phone did not work after multiple requests to the front desk in 3 days. There were tons of aphids or stink bugs all over balcony, hallways, and drapes of our room. We ordered chicken wings and one was severely burned. Very over priced. We went off property for other meals.

The rooms are clean, but the towels in the rooms are old and have holes in them. The staff lacks in customer service. The coffee shop is only open until 1 PM. All the swimming pools are clean, and the food in the restaurant is delicious!
