Park Circle Charm: Comfort & Walk to Restaurants!

You’ll have the entire home and backyard to yourself during your stay! Park in the driveway and check in any time after 4pm with our convenient and easy to use smart lock door. You’ll enter into the living room, which includes a SmartTV that can connect to your Netflix or other streaming account.

Perfect for groups or families, the house has three bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed. The ensuite master bathroom has a washer and dryer, while the second bathroom has a double vanity for plenty of space.

Relax with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in the screened-in porch directly off of the kitchen.

This house is ideal as a home base for you to come back to after a busy day or night out enjoying Charleston, and is great if you want to enjoy a night in as well. If you need recommendations for a great take-out restaurant, don’t hesitate to ask! We love sharing our local favorites.

If you prefer to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes, and the backyard includes a gas grill! Enjoy an afternoon of bocce ball and corn hole, an evening dinner on the paver patio under the string lights, and end the night around the fire pit!

*IMPORTANT* absolutely no parties or gatherings permitted without prior approval. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Absolute quiet-hours after 10pm. If you know that your group wants a little more flexibility to let loose, it is best for you to choose a different property. Thank you!

Strict pet-policy: no pets on furniture or beds & picked up after outside. Additional fee if extra cleaning is needed for breaking these rules. Strictly enforced.

Well-behaved, small to mid-size dogs who are on flea medication, crated when left at home, & who will not go on furniture are welcome. We just ask that you clean-up after your pet & please respect these terms & conditions! We love dogs as much as you do - we just also love our wonderful home. Don’t hesitate to ask if you need recommendations for dog-friendly restaurants in the area!

Please park only in the driveway. NO street parking. Guests will be fined for parking on street.

Park circle is a wonderful neighborhood with tons to offer, but it is in the transportation hub of Charleston, and we have trains that run near the house several times a day and toot their horn. We love to hear the toots in the distance but if you are particularly sensitive, Park Circle may not be the best neighborhood in Charleston for your trip. Otherwise we can’t wait to host you and share everything Charleston has to offer!
