The Ashworth is conveniently located just off Main Street on Ocean Blvd in the

heart of it all in North Myrtle Beach! Some of the spectacular on-site

amenities includes an oceanfront pool & sundeck, indoor pool, lazy river, Hot

Tub & kiddie pool, picnic/Bar-B-Q area with 6 levels of covered parking

garage. This 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped

kitchen with breakfast bar, DW, Washer & Dryer, Jacuzzi in Master Bath, TVs in

living room and all bedrooms, and an Oceanfront Balcony with access from the

Living Room & Master Bedroom. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf,

amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to The

Ashworth. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 24.

Property Manager, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if

accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should

a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or

evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the

individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only.

Linen Packages Available. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either

side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's

allowed.

Nice condo!

Obviously renovated recently, had a very fresh feel to it. We were very comfortable for our week! The condo is well equipped with cookware, utensils, etc. and appliances. Plenty of balcony furniture too. There were two brand new extra beach chairs in one of the closets, perhaps left by a previous guest, that came in handy
