Soft winter light moves across the Atlantic, and the steady rhythm of the waves sets the tone for a slower, more grounded stay by the shore. From the balcony, the coastline stretches out in layers - ocean, beach, and resort grounds - offering a peaceful backdrop whether you’re starting the day quietly indoors or watching the horizon shift as evening settles in.



The space

This oceanfront condo in North Myrtle Beach is designed for easy coastal living year-round. With one bedroom and an open living area, it comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it a practical choice for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Elevator access, heating and air conditioning, and room-darkening shades support a comfortable stay in every season.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features two queen beds, offering a shared sleeping space that works well for families or groups. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping flexibility while keeping the space open and functional during the day.



Outdoor living and resort access

Step onto the private balcony to take in ocean, beach, pool, resort, and city skyline views that change subtly with the light. As part of a resort setting, guests have access to shared amenities including a pool, hot tub, and lazy river, open June through September. Shared beach access keeps the shoreline just steps away, while outdoor playground areas, grassy spaces, sun loungers, and outdoor dining areas provide places to spend time around the property when weather allows.



Kitchen and dining

The condo includes a kitchen where you can prepare meals at your own pace, along with a dining table that works equally well for casual meals, planning the day, or lingering over coffee while looking out toward the water.



Comfort and convenience

WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, while the TV offers a simple way to unwind after time spent exploring the coast. The condo has a private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, and free parking on the premises. Resort access and an elevator add to the overall ease of moving through the property.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub and indoor shower. An outdoor shower on the property is also available, offering a convenient option after time at the beach during warmer months.



Neighborhood

Located directly along the North Myrtle Beach shoreline, the condo places you close to local dining, entertainment, and attractions such as the Alabama Theatre and House of Blues. With the beach just outside and resort amenities on-site, it’s easy to balance quiet moments indoors with time spent enjoying the coast.

The Neighborhood:

Small refrigerator, LED TV, and beachfront views. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas including Alabama Theatre and House of Blues! Tropical Pool area and views that are simply breathtaking! It is about 15 minutes from Sky Wheel and 25 minutes from Family Kingdom Amusement Park!



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo

Other Things to Note:

This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.



Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).

Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.



No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Important Notice:



- There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.
