Crescent Sands B5, rakennettu vuonna 1985, on kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyammeen edessä sijaitseva huoneisto, joka sijaitsee viidennessä kerroksessa. Huoneistossa on king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, kaksi kaksoset toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja kuningatar vuodesohva. Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee suositussa Windy Hill -alueella Pohjois-Myrtlen rannalla, ja tämä kävelymatkan päässä Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joe's, Wings-lahjakauppa ja paljon muuta! Äskettäin ostettu ja kunnostettu tammikuussa 2016, mukaan lukien uudet laminaattilattiat, graniittitasot, uudet huonekalut, raikas maali ja paljon muuta!

Beach view was great. Condo was nice and clean. Only thing was they were working on place so parking was hard.The bathrooms small but able to manager. Thank goodness for higher commands. We enjoyed our time there.

When i vacation at the beach, i always choose an ocean front property. This one didn't disappoint! I loved the corner windows in living room which allowed me to see the sunrise each morning while still in my bathrobe. Bath towels, kitchen utensils, pots, dishes & even ice were plentiful. I'm not sure if this was mentioned in property amenities but the property location has those hotel *bellman carts* to help with transporting all your things AND there are a few shopping carts nearby to help you with hauling groceries! I'd definitely stay again!

We have rented from Scott several times and every time our experienxe is wonderful. This time in particular we were arriving under the threat of a hurricane and he was so helpful with sending weather updates through the VRBO portal. We had a beautiful stay in a beautiful condo and you can't beat that beach view from the balcony!

We stayed here for the whole month of November. The apartment was as advertised. Everything we needed was in the apartment. It is well situated, close to everything. Shopping, golfing, restaurants are all nearby. Communication with Scott was excellent. Check in and out was very easy. Parking was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend the accommodation. Hope to be back next year!

Don’t miss this listing!

Pictures are accurate, upgraded and very clean. Quite beach with the best view. Easy parking, walking distance to Barefoot Landing and many restaurants. Start your morning watching the sunrise, and see the beautiful sky at sunset. We have booked again for next fall. Our favorite condo in 20 years.

Perfect location

We have been vacationing at CSWH for 30 years and absolutely love the place. This is the first time we stayed on 5th floor and it had a spectacular view. Condo was welcoming and pretty. We had a few issues pop up while staying and the rental owner was extremely responsive and willing to help in any way he could to ensure our vacation was fabulous. Would definitely recommend this rental property.

We found the unit to be very nicely decorated and quite clean. The living room tv needs replaced and there was no ice maker as stated in the description but overall it had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

North Myrtle Beach Crescent Sands

We stayed in MB for 9 nights recently, and this condo was wonderful. We’ve always stayed at the Bay Watch Resort over the years, but on our last stay we decided not to come back since it had gone downhill. We were so happy to find this new location. Scott was great with communication. The condo was just as described, and very clean. The location is perfect! Right near Barefoot Landing, and so many other activities. We’ll definitely be back…thanks so much!

Ideal golf and beach getaway

Location is amazing. Beach right outside your door. Close to golf shopping and restaurants. Condo is well appointed, and a great balcony that we enjoyed morning and evenings. Building and parking lot are very clean, compared to other places we have stayed. We will be back!!

Sliding glass doors to the view of the ocean need to be updated. One is impossible to open person cleaning the windows needs to get an extension arm on the squeegee because they only 2/3 cleaned A little thing that should be mentioned is that you can wash your car in the garage underneath to get rid of the salt off your car and pollen

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, but most of all the balcony! Our son’s family was able to join us for a few days and my grandson loved the ocean being so close to the condo! The condo is located perfectly to travel easily to Barefoot Landing, parks, the outlet, Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Beach.
