Having a car is the easiest way to explore North Myrtle Beach, with free resort parking and quick drives to dining, shopping, and attractions. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and the area is walkable for nearby spots. Public buses run limited routes, and the beach is just steps away.

INTERACTION WITH HOST
We offer a seamless and private experience with keyless self-check-in. While we won`t be on-site, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have during your stay via the booking platform.

**Amenity Access**
Please note that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for owner use only and are not accessible to guests.

**Professionally Cleaned**
For your comfort and safety, the unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay.

**Starter Supplies**
We provide a starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to get you settled in.

**Linens & Towels**
Fresh linens and bath towels are included. Please be aware that pool towels are not provided by the resort, so we recommend bringing your own.

**Beach Gear**
We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. These items can be rented seasonally directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

**Rental Agreement & Damage Protection**
A non-refundable $35 damage protection fee is required, which covers up to $1,000 in accidental damage. Failure to complete the rental agreement may result in cancellation.

**Extended Stays**
This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Please inquire about our discounts for weekly or monthly bookings!

**Unauthorized Vehicles:**
Per resort policy Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs are not allowed on the premises
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 87:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
