PARKING:

✓ We can only accommodate a max of 3 vehicles that can ONLY be parked in our dedicated driveway. Parking in the garage, street, or neighbors driveway is strictly prohibited and can subject your vehicle to being towed at your expense. If needed, overflow parking is available at the Barefoot Resort clubhouse.

COMPLIMENTARY STARTER PACK:

✓ We provide a starter pack for all of your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry essentials, including, but not limited to: bed linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, coffee pods, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. IMPORANT REMINDERS:

✓ Minimum age requirement to book is 25+

✓ Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are to be observed starting at 10:00p (EST). Noise monitoring devices are installed as a means for party prevention to respect our home and surrounding neighbors.

✓ Motorcycles, golf carts, boat trailers, boats, campers, motor homes, and tractors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

✓ As per HOA policy, pets are NOT permitted for guests.

SECURITY:

✓ Our home is located within the gated Dye Estates section within Barefoot Resort and Golf. There is a staffed guardhouse 24/7.

✓ Noise and smoke detection devices are installed on the property as a means for party prevention to ensure our home and surrounding neighbors are respected.

✓ Ring doorbell cameras are installed
1.) We can accommodate a MAX of (3) vehicles. Do not park on the street or in neighbors driveways. Use the dedicated driveway ONLY. Failure to do so could result in your vehicle(s) being towed at your expense.

2.) Motorcycles, golf carts, boat trailers, boats, campers, motor homes, and tractors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

3.) As per HOA policy, the use of grills, fire pits, or any other fire related item are strictly prohibited from use on any of the outdoor patios and decks.

4.) The key fob to access the North Tower Pool must be returned. There is a $200 replacement fee if the key fob is lost, stolen, or damaged.

5.) No loud music or excessive noise are permitted; quiet hours MUST be observed starting at 10:00p (EST). Failure to abide could result in an immediate eviction.

As a guest of Tee Time at Barefoot Resort & Golf, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
