THE SPACE
☆ This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo located in Sea Cabin within Cherry
Grove of North Myrtle Beach.
☆ It is a 2-story walk up with views of the ocean capable of sleeping 6 guests.
There is no elevator located on this property.
☆ Located across the street from the ocean and just south of Cherry Grove
Point--a small, secluded section of beach located at the Northernmost tip of
North Myrtle Beach
☆ The 53rd Avenue park and boat ramp are conveniently located just down the
street to the south.
☆ Open-concept style featuring new LVP flooring throughout

THE KITCHEN and LOUNGE
☆ The kitchen features high end appliances including an induction cooking
stove top, beautiful stone counter-tops, massive amounts of cabinets, and
stylish tiled back-splash.
☆ The living room is spacious and features coastal themed furniture and the
couch has a Queen Size pullout mattress.

☆ The balcony overlooks the pool and the beach.
☆ This condo includes Wifi, Cable TV, and lots of games and books
☆ Each room has ceiling fans and there is central AC.

THE BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
☆ Master Bedroom- The primary bedroom also overlooks the pool and ocean,
features a Queen sized bed, and attached bathroom.
☆ The bathroom has beautiful fixtures, a huge tiled shower, and even includes a
lighted make up mirror on the wall. Stream your favorite TV shows and
movies on our smart TV.
☆ Hallway Bathroom - Same features as master bathroom, just slightly smaller
☆ Bedroom #2- 2 Twin Beds sleeping a total of 2 people. Additionally, this
room has a smart TV capable of streaming your favorite TV shows and
movies.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owner's closet, which is off limits to guests.

Other things to note
-Sorry, no pets in this unit due to HOA rules.

-This unit also includes Pool Passes. There is a $100 fine for lost or stolen pool passes.

-Vehicle parking passes are provided and must be displayed in each vehicle.

-The fishing pier is still currently closed.

The Sea Cabin w/ Partial Ocean View & Pool, Golf, Beach offers its guests an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
