Sauna was like old bath water after a service call.

The property management was contacted 5 times to resolve the issue of the not-hot tub, with no responce. Finally the ownet offer 100 refund for the spa-heated pool not working on our Mother's Day vacation for our dying mothet.. I wasn't happy thats all they were will to do, so they sent nothing.It was cold & rainy that weekend. The response after the 2nd call was, well you wouldnt have been out there anyway. When I checked out and asked why no one ever came back after the pool mechanics., i was ytold u didn't pauly for heated watet?

Good Stay

Bedrooms need chairs, another bathroom on each floor would have been nice. Towels and linens would be nice to have at property instead of the rental process. Otherwise the property was clean and we enjoyed our stay!
