During my stay, the conditions of the unit was far below acceptable standard. The place was not clean at all. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of my feet turned black just from walking on them. The bathroom desperately needs updating desperately needs updating, and although there was a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms, it had only been poorly patched rather than properly repaired. The show doors were dirty, and there was visible dust throughout the living room. Even worse, I saw roaches crawling on the floor, and at one point, I had a centipede crawling in the bed which is completely unacceptable for any rental property. The unit is advertised as sleeping up to 10 people, yet the dining table only seats four, making it impractical for larger groups. The living room furniture was old and worn, and the outdoor seating had no cushions, leaving only dusty, uncomfortable chairs. The toilet paper holder kept breaking in one of the rooms and one of the TV remote didn't work in one of the bedrooms. Overall, the property felt neglected poorly maintained and far from the standard expected. These issues significantly impacted the comfort and quality of the stay, and they need to be addressed immediately to prevent future guests from having the same experience. The outdoor pool need repairs as well.
