Just a few minutes walk to the beach, pubs, park, golf course, bowling green and the pretty village of Mundesley, this spacious, fully equipped bungalow has everything on its doorstep.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Grab Rail. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store in garage. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a covered pond in the garden.. Just a few minutes walk from the wonderful sandy beach and the heart of this beautiful coastal village, Southbank is a lovely spacious bungalow. It is fully equipped and offers excellent, light and very comfortable 4 star accommodation, making it ideal for both families or couples. Gardeners will love the full range of garden tools, and are welcome to potter about.

Mundesley village has everything on its doorstep, including shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and even a tourist information centre in high season. Gold Park is a short stroll away with crazy golf, toddlers swing park, skateboard park, outdoor gym, basketball and tennis courts. For two weeks In August, there is even a circus in the park. For golfers there is Mundesley Golf Course, a challenging 9 hole course and Mundesley Bowls Club, both within walking distance and both very welcoming to holiday makers.

This is a great area for birdwatching, coastal walks, golf, fishing, cycling, boating or simply having family fun on the beach. Excellent year-round dog friendly beaches are only 7 minutes walk away, located either side of the main beach. Wroxham, known as the ‘capital of the Broads’, is just 12 miles away for boat hire and river trips, waterside restaurants, cafés and shops. The popular seaside town of Cromer is 7 miles away with its famous pier. There are many NT properties such as Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park just a short drive away. Blakeney Quay, for seal trips, is 23 miles and the city of Norwich is just 20 miles, with excellent shopping, theatre, castle, museum, cathedral, cafés and restaurants, or a little further, Great Yarmouth is 27 miles away. Can be booked with ref: 29745 (500 yards apart) to accommodate up to 8 guests. Beach 700 yards. Shops and café 400 yards, pub 700 yards.

We had a lovely weeks stay, everything we needed in the cottage which was spacious and very comfortable plus a lovely secure garden for Ronnie. Was also blessed with sunny weather. Lovely village but went out each morning for the day to explore the surrounding areas. Our first time in Norfolk but will definitely return and stay at Southbank.

A lovely bungalow that provides a home from home feeling.

A lovely bungalow that provides a home from home feeling. All the rooms and the bathroom were spotless. Linen was fresh and clean. Small, quaint village with limited shops and eateries close by. Within a 2 minute walk there is a play park, caged basketball courts and field with fixed football goals, in between Southbank bungalow and seafront. I would recommend Mundesley if you want somewhere to switch off and unwind. I would suggest rethinking how many signs/notes are needed in the bungalow for guests. If they are essential maybe it’s time to replace most of them.

This is a really excellent holiday cottage, well presented and decorated with a seaside theme, very comfortable, good sized rooms, plenty of space for 2 adults 2 teens and a dog. Really well equipped kitchen, and everything you could possibly need was provided, including a hair dryer, hot water bottle, fan, books, games, and a set of drawers in the kitchen with a whole range of supplies like a sewing kit. The owners really have thought of everything. Completely enclosed rear garden so the dog was safe outside. Lovely quiet road but only a few minutes from the town's amenities and beach. Highly recommend this cottage for a real home from home break.
