Neighborhood
Located in the prestigious K Section of Guiones you will be conveniently located close to Guiones Beach. With a bicycle, ATV, or golf cart, you can easily access Main Street or North Guiones on backroads for shopping and restaurants without the need to cross or use the Highway; and for those who enjoy long walks, the well-known and scenic jungle trails, and the beach, can be used to discover the various neighborhoods, each offering a distinct personality; or, explore the tide pools and the tranquil beaches of south Guiones.
- The Baker's Beach entrance to Playa Guiones is a 12-minute walk (or 4-minute drive) from Kahakai Sky House.
Access
-The Sky House is on the third level, and guests must be comfortable climbing stairs. Guests have exclusive access to the pool and onsite parking area.
Space
The Sky House offers a king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and indoor/outdoor dining and living areas. Aside from the ease of enjoying all that Nosara has to offer, guests may find the Sky House to be destination in itself -- sunsets are spectacular from the terrace, wildlife viewing is enhanced by the adjacent undisturbed and undeveloped lot, and the 5x10 meter swimming pool is perfect for relaxing or swimming laps. The Sky House is well suited for an active couple looking for an exceptional living space in Nosara with easy access to Guiones Beach.
Additional Info:
-Sky House is not suitable nor equipped for children.
-The Sky House is on the third level, and guests must be comfortable climbing stairs.
-The first and second levels of the house will be used to build a Family House in the future; until then, the guests of Sky House have exclusive use of the entire swimming pool and it's terrace. (Owners will snooze Sky House rental if/when construction begins, so no construction is going on at the moment).
-Events, ceremonies, parties and commercial activities are not permitted.
Notes
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
House Rules
*No pets.
*This is a NON-SMOKING Property. Smoking inside the house is cause for termination of rental without a refund.
*Parties or events are not permitted. We ask that guests keep the noise down after 9 pm.
*Guests are not authorised to host classes, ceremonies, or other business endeavours involving paying customers or other third parties.
*Property Managers will not rent to Guests under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
*Premises shall be maintained in a clean and responsible condition including the outside grounds.
*At Check-out, all debris, rubbish, and discards shall be placed in the trash, dishes shall be washed and the refrigerator shall be emptied and cleaned. $50.00 charge to the Guest for left behind trash, dirty dishes, and/or dirty refrigerator.
*All keys shall be returned and safes left open ($200 lost safe or door key charge).
*All charges accrued during the stay shall be paid prior to departure.
*Guests shall not sublease.
*Guests shall secure and protect their valuables.
*The swimming pool is not gated or supervised.
