The Space:

Sunlit mornings begin with ocean air drifting through your space, followed by slow coffee moments on your private patio or balcony. The rhythm of the waves is never far, inviting you to spend your days moving between the shoreline, poolside relaxation, and quiet indoor comfort. Evenings settle in with soft coastal breezes and shared meals, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.



The space

Set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, this 10th-floor condo offers a peaceful setting with garden views and close proximity to the water. With direct beach access just steps from the property, you can move seamlessly between sand, sea, and resort-style surroundings. The building includes elevator access, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, featuring 8 beds and 5 baths. Thoughtful touches like cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage help create a restful and organized stay. A paid crib is available for those traveling with little ones.



Outdoor living

Spend your days enjoying the waterfront setting, with beach access nearby and shared amenities including an outdoor pool and sauna. Free resort access expands your options for relaxation and recreation. Back at the condo, a private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and a dedicated outdoor dining area offers a comfortable place to unwind in the fresh air.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals at your own pace, paired with a dining table for gathering together. Barbecue utensils are available, and a grill can be reserved in advance for outdoor cooking.



Comfort & essentials

Inside, central air conditioning, a split type ductless system, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable environment. The condo also includes a TV, wifi, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.



Access & services

Guests enter through a staffed building lobby with 24-hour assistance, along with the option for self check-in. A private entrance adds an extra layer of ease and independence. Free parking is available in the on-site garage for one vehicle, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
